  1. volcrano is right, been through this myself. don't waste days of beating on it for it not to move. get two good metal sawzall blades (one per cut) and cut it out on each side of the swinger in 15min then buy a new bolt for $20. When you install the new one lube it up with anti-sieze or grease and pop it out every 6 mo & relube it.

  13. What type of porting was done low mid top? Those the original valves?
  14. 165 main / 50 pilot / 35 leak jet. this might be a little rich for that altitude. If he's willing to spend $100 I would find someone with a dyno & sniffer and they can dyno & jet at the same time to get it spot on and it will be around $100. changing the jets is very easy, i can do it in 15 min. There are youtube videos to show you how. PM me if you need some help.
  15. I had the same issue last year. I took side cuts and put 4 slits in the dust cap so i could bend it flat like a washer. then i stuck a flat blade screw driver in and pryed the dust cap flat against the swingarm. it left just enough gap for me to get a sawzall blade in there and cut the bolt. Repeated process on other side and had it out in 20 min. Of coarse this was after beating on it for 2 days with a sledge & rod and then torching it with no success. IMO skip right to cutting it cause the other methods didn't even budge it.
  16. if towing isn't an issue i'd go for it, i don't have the coin to have a tow vehicle and a toy.
  17. I looked at them this past may but was turned off by the meager 3500lb towing capacity and the exhaust comes out right in the middle where the hitch would go. No doubt bad ass vehicle but i went with the AWD trailblzer SS instead with almost the same performance, better fuel mileage, towing ready and 6700lb capacity. So far i love it!
  18. i have a nice red tank and radiator cover, make me an offer.
  19. Its a longshot but id like to buy one 21x7x10 razr II tire with aprox 1/2" tread. I would buy a pair if the price is right.
  20. I assume CPi's don't have sparky's, if not do people use clamp ons?
  21. I bought these from harbor freight and used them to get my yfz450 springs off. I just ratchet strapped each of them across from each other to the end of the shock with the reservior and slipped the single prong side into the spring then wrenched it down until i could pull the retainer clip out. I trimmed an 1/8" off the single prongs andwrapped them with electrical tape so they would not scratch the springs. Its kind of a pain to work with these but it worked for $10. http://www.harborfreight.com/macpherson-strut-spring-compressor-set-3980.html
