  17. i took an old shower unit and made it my powder booth, works well, easy to clean. id say start with at least a dual or adjustable voltage gun from caswell or eastwood you will outgrow the HF gun in short order. i built an oven extension so my std kitchen oven will fit a swingarm. i learned all the tricks off powder365.com forum, and there is a guy on there selling a used adj caswell gun for $50 which is a great price. its not hard to do but is time consuming and to do it right you need a fair amount of supplies and equipment.
  18. bump for a good seller!!

  20. I have a pro design one that came on my 97 that i would let go. its red with black lanyard. $15 shipped. PM me your phone# and i will send you a pic.
  21. Original post updated, still got some stuff left.
  22. i went to lowes and bought a solid hardened steel rod, drilled a hole in the end and inserted a cotter pin and used it to pound out the bolt on my yfz. The cotter pin helps keep the rod centered on the swingarm bolt and it sticks out a good 2ft so i don't have to worry about hitting the bike with the sledge. I used a full size 10lb sledge on the yfz and it still took me a good 2 hours of beating on it before it finally broke loose. IMO i would cut it though, that's how i did my banshee after 2 weeks of trying to beat it out.
