  1. Personal experience, doesnt hold up for shit on a 4 wheeler.
  2. I have a stock one I would do $30 shipped for it if interested.
  3. Stock size is $35, the one that does carbs larger than 30mm is $55
  4. Call Jeff at Fast, he sells them.
  5. The Walmart ones SUCK, don't waste your money. The mounting tabs are half ass riveted/spot welded onto the housing and they fall apart after a couple of rides. They also don't seal for shit and rust out inside. Selling for $63 on eBay.... Ha ha! I feel bad for the idiot that wins those.
  6. I prefer the the Noss head my self. I'm running 21cc domes on 91 at about 900-1000 ft above sea level. 20cc domes would be fine too.
  7. I got some but are you here or at the dunes?
  8. Yeah the chrome shearers look real good on it. I will have to snap a few more pics when I get a chance.
  9. Here is my bike to give you an idea. Pretty much exactly What you just described, only thing I changed is went to chrome shearers. Hope this helps.
  10. I am out on night rides too, flipped my quad and busted a weld on my radiator Friday night at like 3 in the morning heading back from south camp during the last HQ event down there. Prob just stay in south for now on.
  11. Going 4 mill with port work and cut domes will be well over $500. 4 mill crank welded $450 Port work $250-350 (not sure what it cost for a mx port, my dune port was $350) Cut domes if you have an aftermarket head $ 85 Not to mention new pistons and a bore and hone to do it right and all of the gaskets ect to go along with it. These are just ball park numbers but you get the idea. If going ported 4 mill was only $500 a lot more people would have them. Buying used will be cheaper and you could get closer to $500 but you never really know the condition of the parts. I still think for the cost, ported stock stroke will give you a noticeable increase in power keeping cost lower.
  12. Thanks bud, pleasure doing business with you!
  13. Port your cylinders, true and weld your crank and you will not be disappointed. I would have a site sponsor do your porting though unless your dad has done such on a banshee before. You cant just start grinding material away, there is an art to it. Call Jeff at FAST and tell him your budget and riding Style and he will make suggestions. Sounds lake a good trail/mx port would do you a lot!
  14. I got my money on the cheap gaskets being the problem.

  16. I am in the process of tuning my 4 mil play/dune port from FAST with 35's and I am at a 48 pilot, 160 main, cel 2nd clip from the top, 3 turns out on the a/f screw and my mid still feels a little boggy. I think I am fat on my pilot though, need to goto a 45 to clean it up a bit. Runs great on top though. I am tuned for Waynoka OK which is like 970 ft or close to it I think.
  17. Yamabond, light coat only on the finger tips and run your gasket through your thumb and index finger to coat both sides. Test a day later and problem solved. Also, where did you get your gaskets, I had a cheap set from eBay that leaked real bad, didn't matter how much sealant you put on them, they leaked. Had Jeff at FAST send me a set and it will hold 6 psi for hours now.

  20. I need another set of paddles to use for the weekend, I blew the side wall on one of my haulers and now I am stuck using half worn down sidewinders.... Big suck!
  21. Where is everyone at? Zac we drove through south at 12pm and couldn't find ya.
  22. That's ok, we will be out there all day Friday, maybe you can assist with dialing my bike in, ha ha.
  23. Looks like awesome weather will be amongst us down there.
  24. It isn't going to be a ton louder but it will be noticeable. Cutting your silencers is more for looks than anything.
