If your plugs start to back up, then you got detenation going on. you'll need a 50/50 mix with race fuel.

It's fireball drag axle. 40mm. Everything bolted up perfectly. I'm just waiting for my drag a arms to come in, looks funny with extended a arms and a drag axle. Anyways I found what I was looking for on you tube.

I just installed a drag axle and it measures 28 inches in length. Wondering how does it handle at over 90 mph? What size you guy's running? Worried about running the 1/4 mile without knowing what to expect.

Slowerthanyou is right about the tire's. I've tried hoosier's but couldn't get good launch. So got american racer tire's from F.A.S.T. hook's good of the line. Running a 392 cub on pump gas. 39 pwk's, shearer in frame pipes, +10 swing arm, 12 in. rear marvin shaw. I don't have a wheelie bar yet. saving some money for a bigger motor on pump gas. Race gas out here is very expensive. 113 oct. is $65 for 5 gal.

Hi, For the guy's that race the 1/4 mile, do you have the front brakes still mounted? I was looking at some drag a arms, and spindles and noticed there isn't any front brake's. Are the rear brake's enough when your going over 90+ mph?

I like shearer's. Pull really good from mid to top. Your going to need to extend your swing arm if your doing flat out flying.
