  1. Mine makes that same noise, I dunno if I'm just paranoid or if it's something going bad. Mine is in temporary retirement until I get the money for a serval motor. I guess I belong on YFZTech this year. lol
  2. Yep. Try syncing the carbs, takes 10 mins and its really easy....this'll help
  3. From my experience the straight paddles are a little harder to get started going sideways, but once you get them going they snap right out there. Plus they do give you a lot better push on the straight runs. I liked the haulers that I borrowed for a couple trips over my sand stars, that'll be my next set of paddles.
  4. Nice looking bike man. You'll learn more on this forum than you ever thought there was to know about banshees. It's a great site. Congrats on the buy.
  5. x2. Just search ebay for ventureshild or scotchgard film, they're got a bunch of different shapes and sizes.

  7. i dunno if i can make it before winter or not but i'm definitely down. i'm always up to check out new parks
  8. 16' long should be plenty. We've put 4 quads on a 16' car trailer several times. Enclosed should work too, as long as you're wide enough u can get them turned sideways. All of our quads are wider than stock, it's tight but they fit. I'd recommend longer than you need though, so 18' or 20.....leaves room for camping gear and firewood.
  9. my 2 'shees are sitting here waiting on ya. lol
  10. gonna have to miss the HQ ride.....damn

  12. All depends on your elevation and the compression you're making. I'm running 21cc domes w/ +4 on the timing plate on 91 octane fuel. I'm about 1200 ft above sea level.
  13. it's not that big of a deal. just drain and replace your oil and run with it. if you're real worried about it change your oil run it a bit, change it again then it'll be good for sure.
  14. did I miss the date??? or when is it. Might be able to wrangle up 8 or 10 guys from KC to head out.

  19. 40:1 works great if you get the 32oz jugs. Use half in 2 5 gallon cans, then throw it away. It's pretty great.
  20. We always stop at the super wal-mart in Alva or Enid, that way you don't have to worry about stuff staying cold so long. You can get pizza at both gas stations and the pizza place. There's an old school soda fountain/t-shirt shop in town. There's also a burger place in town, a burger shack at both campgrounds, and millers (breakfast and lunch buffet) but I've never been to any of them. There's a small grocery store in town but they don't have much. How much are the reserved sites?
  21. Like it says, anybody that has one (like the one below) please chime in. I'd appreciate the info. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-Banshee-Front-Bumper-and-Rear-Grab-Bar-Combo-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem2307203b2bQQitemZ150443408171QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories#ht_3858wt_1165
  22. graduation day!!! 5 years comin

  23. FMF's aren't bad at all for a stock bike, when you start getting more motor...then you can look into something else. I'm happy with both sets of mine though
