  1. can you post a pic of the tires please. I live in NJ about 10 min from the GWB so i could pick up
  2. Thanks a lot man, thats some weight off the shoulders lol. there is only a tiny bit of wobble on the gear, no up and down play at all, i just noticed that tiny bit and was concered. I guess it makes sense to have a tiny bit anyways, to let the kick start gear fall back easier. its weird how shit tends to happen last minute before a ride but thanks to you and BHQ it can get resolved!
  3. ok so i got the seals and bearing coming in on friday and will install them. I also have a kickstarter question. I noticed that with the cover off if i put the kickstart lever on and turn it the gear will pass the idler gear. My question is does the white plastic that is on the shaft hold it back when the cover is on? Also, is there supposed to be any play at all in the idler gear?
  4. I have a kickstarter question, i refered to your write up here and pics and mine looks the same. I noticed that with the cover off if i put the kickstart lever on and turn it the gear will pass the idler gear. My question is does the white plastic that is on the shaft hold it back when the cover is on? Also, is there supposed to be any play at all in the idler gear?
  5. yes NEW JERSEY lol, and yes all of these dealers blow for banshee parts for some reason. The guy searched all of the dealers in the area even NY which is about 15 min from me and no one has it, I just called Jeff at FAST and hopefully he will be able to hook me up, if not i will call cascade. At his point i just want it running right for saturday no matter what the price!!!!!!! thanks for the info again
  6. Thanks for your quick reply man! I will do all of this, hopefully i can get all the parts by friday so i can ride on sat!!! i already called the dealer and no one has any of it. Im gonna see if i can overnight it from someone. would you happen to know who would be able to have it sent to me that fast? Again thanks for your help, BHQ guys are the best
  7. Hi guys, I am actually having the same issue right now and im supposed to ride on saturday!!!! The top end was just done and bottom end rebuilt. the thing is my coolant is not low and there is no oil in it, i did 3 oil changes on it and it seems to be getting a little better but not by much. do you think i have the same issue? Should i just get a coolant hose o-ring and water pump o-ring or bearing (whatever is in there) also should i replace the clutch cover gasket too? this sux would the dealer have these things or am i screwed for riding this weekend?
  8. you will need to take the air box off to sync them, you have to use the tool straight on the carbs. When I bought mine off jeff at FAST he said the actual number of vacuum isnt was is so important, but that both carbs are at the same vacuum level. Hope this helps
  9. I may be wrong, but synthetic oils have friction modifiers in them and I heard that is bad for a wet clutch and makes it wear.
  10. Is it me or is the Hulk's nose and face all messed up in the second picture? I dont mean to knock your stuff, just thought i saw something odd there and i cant tell what it is. either way those plastics are sweet, i love how fullbores look, it really cleans up the bike nice
  11. wow! the picture says it all. Sorry to hear this happened to you couplex, i dont understand why people cant just sell there stuff and be honest about the condition. Its just gonna bite them in the ass. Now no one will buy from him unless they like fucked up parts
  12. hahahahahaha!! NICE!! i would take nothing but grape flavor
  13. Guys I can vouch for VOOK, he is a good buyer, lots of gum. hahaha, JK but really he is good people
  14. Hi I joined yesterday...... i just have a problem i want to fix and not give any info and never talk to you again. Thanks bye!
  15. That IS the bolt for the chain roller, its just that the roller its self is completely worn down to the bolt. I have dealt with this before on my own bike on the top roller. i ordered the kit thet spurdy refered to with the lip to keep the links in line, so far so good for me. I only needed the top one but the kit came with both so i just replaced both. I really like them. Just my 2 cents
  16. good to know about the tusk bulbs, i think i'll do that!
  17. x2. I would swap the wheels from left to right, if it moves you have a bent rim, its that easy
  18. I did adjust the clutch exactly the same as the video and still have the same issue, with an aftermarket clutch do you use that big o-ring that before the fibers and steel plates? I know the steel plates are all perfectly round and dont have the tab that the stock ones have but not sure about that big o-ring.......
  19. would you do $40 shipped for the k&n filter with pro flow adapter and outerwear?
  20. BTW, thank all of you for your replies and help!
  21. BTW, thank all of you for your replies and help!
  22. I agree, and my cousin "Vook" has a banshee too with a stock clutch setup and his doesnt do it as much, ever since i changed the clutch it has been much easier to pop into neutral (it was nearly impossible before) but still jumping in gear.
  23. im not sure what you mean by adjusting the plate, do you mean the pancake bearing or whatever that adjusts the 2 arrows on the case? maybe push it more out? sorry for the confusion
