oh ok, I thought that the needle position would open or close the slides more or less (geuss i was wrong), yes the smoke is white, my oil level is good, which seal would effect that? oh and i forgot to mention from your last reply that I checked compression and it is at 110 which should still be ok i think. the bike ran fine before i put these carbs on so im pretty sure its something with the carb adjustments, what do you think?

Thanks for the reply Fox, The reason that I lowered the needles is because the slides were way more open than the stock ones which diddnt seem correct to me, but I tried the carbs as is anyways and it was smoking too much on the one side and too little on the other, so thats when I decided to lower the needles down to bring the slides closer to stock, it did the same thing. so I adjusted the cables on the tops of the carbs and same thing again, I tried the idle air screws too and it is still smoking more on the right side, (sorry i made a mistake in the post, the right is smoking more than the left) the bike idles pretty good but for some reason its still smoking more on the right side and little on the left, do you think I messed up by lowering the needles? do you think that 310 mains are too big? what position should the needles be at? Sorry for all the questions but I just want this thing to run right so I CAN RIDE! lol, thanks for all of your help.

Hi guys, I have a little situation with my carbs. I bought a set of stock carbs from CLIMBANYHILL with the TORS removed and K/N pods and 310 jets on it thats all, the needles were really high so I lowered them, I think they are at the second position from the bottom now, the problem that i am having is that it smokes great on the left side but barely any from the right. I am not sure why because everthing is exactly the same on both carbs. Has anyone ever had this problem before? Can you guys give me some pointers or tips on what they think the problem could be? Hi Climb, My name is Eddie, My causin is Vook on E2S, he bought the carbs off of you the other week for me, They are on my bike now and work great, Thank you for the extra parts too. I wanted to ask you a couple of questions about them though. My pipes are not smoking as much as they did before, it seems like not much smoke at all. I was wondering if you could give me some tips on what to do, im guessing its running lean. My causin said that you had put the needle to the third setting, would that effect it? I have FMF fatty with powercor II and the carbs with pods I got off of you with the 310 mains and im pretty sure the reeds are stock. I have a nice set of FMF fattys that have no dings or leaks. they have been powder coated grey but that can always be changed. I'm looking for T-6's or CPI's. Am willing to throw in some cash if it's worth it. Let me know thanks

Hi guys, I'm new to the site but we all have something in common, WE ALL LOVE BANSHEES!!!!!!!!! lol I just got one and its Yellow and black, I want to cut the front fenders but I was wondering If anyone could give me some tips on doing it, I have done it on other quads but I didn't cut them on my last banshee. Are there any easy to get templates out there? Possibly something to print out?????? I appreciate any tips or help.
