You keep asking your buddies whom have done proved they don't know crap. Its your bike do what you want, but if you keep on listening to your buddies and taking there word over these folks, these folks are going to quit fooling with you.
  2. Most of it is how and whom built it last. If you take care of it and fix stuff right the first time it will be around a long time.

  7. av gas is 3.99 here and works great. don't believe all the hype that its not designed for "ground" use.
  8. if you are reffering to your old stock pipes they are thicker than aftermarket.

  14. no should be clean unless you can see obvious damage from where it may have came. Ck rod bearings while you are there
  15. It is possiable if he drove the pin in with a hammer and broke the cage or caught a pin and it fell in the bottom. I have seen and worked on a couple some da's drove in the wristpins and done some serious damage
  16. hard to say....all it takes is one tiny giblet to make a big ole mess. If you aren't going to split it I would take motor off and turn it upside down and wash and wash and wash then use air to blow blow blow. Just be a chance thing. only sure way is to split it.

  19. you can do 40:1 on the 2r. Did you change jetting? May just need to repack silencers and go from there
  20. what oil and what ratio? If it is dripping on the tire that is too much. Prob need to repack cans too.
  21. just make sure it is not smoking alot more out the right or it could be a crank seal sucking tranny oil. if it is actually dripping on the tire that is kida exsessive. what does the left look like?

  23. kinda what I thought. elchepo If thats the case a little predetonation will do just that!!!!! there are some short cuts u just dont take and this is one of them,,,,,,cheap pistons
  24. What piston is that? Is it cast or forged? Aint no 795 I don't think. Or I don't see the number anyway.
  25. hummmmmm Are you sure it was hitting? Did you ck anything like squish before cranking it or did you just hope it worked? Kinda looks like detonation maybe. Don't see any really good evidence . Need to do some clearance cks
