I'm telling yall them turbonators really work. I mean 110 with front fender, hill shoots on those tires, dang I been doing it all wrong. I wonder if the reserve is 8k being he has 10k in it. GO AHEAD DJR YOU CAN MAKE TIME

    Stock banshee

  7. could be are the carbs syncronized? Did you swap plug wires to see if prob moved?
  8. 2GU-11311-00-00 CYLINDER 1 $444.95 $444.95 2GU-11321-00-00 CYLINDER 2 $458.72 $458.72 YES BRAND NEW
  9. dunes and drags is where they are in there zone. Forestrokes generate such low end and a broad range that you would spend alot of money just to be close. JUS MY OPINION. The problem lies in that the banshee makes its horse power in a relativley narrow band. A thumper is very broad banded it pulls hard down low. Like you said a banshee has a nothing or balls to the wall switch. You can broaden the power band but it still will not compare with a thumper. Like I said it is very hard to make a banshee work in a short distance effictively. There are some awsome trail bikes out there but I don't know how they would compare on a small flat track with slow corners. If you are not careful when the power comes on you find yourself headed the other way. This is all just MY OPINION. I'm sure someone will have more to add. I'm just telling you my experience, not saying it can't be done but not practical. If it was a long flat track may, this might be a different discussion.
  10. now what i was reffering to is if the rod is stuck not welded to the actuator. If you can't get the actuator out you can't use the drilling method. I would think you could unhook the actuator and move it back and forth and it would break loose.
  11. I admire what you are trying to do. It may be costly though. A banshee is not happy with anything "short". I'm not saying it can't be done, it just is asking it to do something it don't know how.
  12. i sure wish i was that talented. I do good to get legos to mate. Please post pics and keep up the good work. Its amazing to me
  13. if it is a lean condition after a certain point on the throttle it will just fall over, pop or just flatten out. It just depends how lean it is. Do a plug chop and c
  14. i have drilled a small hole by the actuator lever and use a small punch to drive it out. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
  15. ummmmm if you can do all this other "mating" shouldn't mating a flywheel to the crank should be a cake walk huh????? Just asking
  16. with the bike in neutral, if you barely crack the throttle does it rev throught the roof?
  17. maybe lean????? When did the prob start?
  18. Will a blaster piston work just to get me by for a 66.5 bore? This is on a 4mill long rod

    Stock banshee

I am looking for a banshee for my son. I need it to be close to stock and cheap as possiable. If it don't run thats fine. I know I will have to have it shipped. I am located in Mississippi. Any help will be greatly appreiciated.
  20. Thanks all. My problem is that I have a set of 66 over cylinders that need a clean up. I was wondering if the blaster piston would work to get one more bore. They have a good port job that I would like to use once more. ANY SUGESTIONS???? Sleeving doesn't seem cost affective
  21. Well what is the largest 795 that is offered? Is the blaster dome smaller?
  22. Do the 795 series pistons and the blaster pistons have the same pin height?
