  1. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=150327 Linc on this page for manual. Also search jlsparky here and on you tube, he has several vids for several things for banshees.
  2. Did you set float level? Remove pilots to clean? There's holes on the sides of them. Float bowls on correct carb? Left bowl has a "BB" on the front. Choke crossover tube on? Slides in correct carb? List all mods and ALL jets/settings in carb. New plugs, fresh fuel? What do plugs look like? What plugs? How is spark?
  3. Rip on it yet??
  4. Ok. Thanks MATT
  5. I doubt it would be measureable even. You have a perforated core and the packing helps absorb the sound waves. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005NC6EH8/ref=asc_df_B005NC6EH81911001?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=nextagus0065103-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395093&creativeASIN=B005NC6EH8 This is what they look like. Be aware tis is the price for 6 dozen if them They also have simular items at Dollar General, lots cheaper tho
  6. Read LOTS of threads on here. Educate yourself. Then you don't have to ask redundant/stupid questions . You need to be honest with yourself and build within your needs/budget.
  7. No two motors are the same even with identical set-up. Do it right, do it once.
  8. Now you have me confused MATT. Is it ok to use the longer shocks such as yzf, trx450r, ltz ect. ? And live with the ball joint issue and keep an eye on them? Would yfz spindles help the issue?
  9. According to Mikuni pocket calculator one jet size for every 20* from "perfect" jetting.
  10. Previous setup was unported 4mil with head spacer. Smoked the crank , getting another 4mil. Just wondering what the timings are for unported cyl with base spacer vs. unported cyl with head spacer.
  11. Did you do leakdown test before teardown? Could have gotten a plugged main jet.
  12. Stock shock in good condition is pretty good. If it isn't leaking maybe just get it recharged. Or find another ready to rock.
  13. Ya, you don't want to drill/tap to a larger size. The bolt that goes in there is off center (ecentric) to the threads for adjustment for shifter.

  16. Got what I needed. Thanks all !!
  17. Hit up NYUK on here if you don't get any bites. Real stand up guy.
  18. Real Bastard size : 5.5mm, don't have the pitch # handy.
  19. He should come to Detroit. He could be doing about one murder funeral a day. Fucking glad I'm 50 miles from the D and 23 miles from Flint
  20. Thanks Mikecheif. That's a good start. I'll explain a little more later. This isn't some slomoe BS gong on. Might have to get a degree wheel.
  21. Just wondering if someone has the info available, has actually degreed these setups. Mostly just interested in ex timings, but if you also have transfers great. 1. Stock stroke, unported stock cyl. 2. +4mil stroke long rod, unported stock cyl., with base spacer plate. 3. +4mil stroke long rod, unported stock cyl., With cut domes or head spacer. Thank You.
  22. Glad to see that Ben dOver was able to find the problem with your timing chain and line up your coil. What did this all cost you??
  23. I used 3M stainless steel pot scrubbers in FMF cans, 6 in each packed pretty tite. Good tone, should NEVER have to redo
  24. Shows lack of knowledge ^^^ Dirt racing is generally only 300 feet, tho have seen mention of 500. Seeing that @ 300 ft the big boys are about 90mph, anything longer is suicide.
  25. 16 hours from first post till it was in a shop didn't give much time to solve the problem. Hope you didn't get the infamous mechanic Ben Dover. JMHO, your results may, and will vary.
