I'll bet the sprockets aren't in line. Pull chain off and lay a straight edge against rear and see how it meets front. With trans in N roll drive sprocket/shaft over just to double check trans. Where in Northern MI do you ride? Mio/Bull Gap for us.

YFZ450 lower a arm is about 1" ahead of upper. YFZ350 lower arm is about 1" behind upper. So even if you apply a Presidential Solution and cut the arm and add a spacer you're still 1" off. Not to mention center to center l/r and top/bottom. XYZ axis points. What would be slick would be to copy the YZF450 R/X front end geo, but that takes major surgery.

Have yet to see any street bike motored 'shee that doesn't look like something I download into the shitter. Then they show up on Cl "Only needs minor finishing" for maybe a couple Gs. Maybe if it handled better I could see it. Do us all a favor and hack up a Craptor or YFZ 450. they have a taller frame to fit a 4choke in.

Warrior/raptor 350. Built like a rock and just as fast. Would dare say OP has never ridden anything 2 stroke, otherwise there would be no question. A 2s hit is like Heroine, one hit and you're hooked for life. 40+ years of enjoyment for me.
