  1. Da fugg? Thought you had rockets. Just put 916s on son's still lean with 300 M.
  2. Supposed to say "rust" that formed. Funny how it takes several posts for the whole story. By chance done a leak test ???
  3. That formed on flywheel nubs while waiting on cyls.
  4. If it ran with current jetting before porting, that's not your problem specifically.
  5. Ya, don't think he knows what he's in for
  6. Means you are running lean, which means HOT , which = BOOM !!
  7. What program you using? Basically exhaust port timing and peak power rpm.
  8. Check that carb closely, float high or leaking a hair? Losing trans oil? Might have to try warm, hot leakdown.
  9. Which plug was oily? Might be time to good carb clean.
  10. If the seal was bad it would run lean on that side. Was the fly wheel lapped to the shaft? Suggest having crank checked for straight when you have it out, and don't use cheep bearing.
  11. Well, the weak ass compression is probably cause of most if not all your problems. Never heard of POWERFIST BTW.
  12. DA fuck you talking about¿¿????
  13. Quality tester? WFO throttle, kick till gauge stops?
  14. Probably need mag glass to see marking, unless cheep no name needle.
  15. Also, get a flex shaft and mandrel for sanding rolls.
  16. Can't be Ken for two reasons. He uses Sportport Cookie cutters, and OP is in Germany.
  17. Presume stock jugs? A stoker would have spacer under jugs, head, or 2mm cut in head or domes. Long rod would have higher pin height. Piston should have some number on it. A good shop would want new pistons in hand to bore/hone to fit.
  18. Had 27.5 and wouldn't start if sat for few days. Now with 30s starts anytime.
  19. Da fugg is "centrelink" N Z welfare?
  20. 3rd party proof of "advancements" ? Not some advertising hype??? Hmmmm??? You posted while I was searching dyno forum Gravel. Wish I could find article I read years ago showing that more oil produced more power, depending on cyl displacement. If you're worried about cost of oil, you need a different hobby.
  21. To answer the question, yes it is leaner % of fuel. Jetting increase should be done. Another debate turned into dick measureing, panty twisting. I saw no dyno threads by any responders in this thread. So ............................. 1987 Banshee Owners Manual calls for 20:1 break-in and 24:1 after. So, you all know more than factory engineers?
