  3. So BumpaD should I go with 18CC then at 5000ft. I ride little sahara.
  4. I'm trying to decide what cool head to buy. I know the NOSS head is good, but check this one out i think its make by CHARIOT. I'm at 5000 ft so I think I'll do 19cc so I can still run pump gas.   6. yeah im running the stock needle with the clip one up from the middle. air screws 2 turns out. maybe i'll try some 300 mains!
  7. yeah i did the choke trick...pull the choke half way out and see if it runs better or worse. Yeah it ran worse, so i think that means too much fuel. Maybe i'll throw some reeds on and see of that evens things out, i dunno damn lol!
  8. Amsoil Interceptor 40:1 With 91 Octane. Im going to be switching to Amsoil Dominator when my gallon of Interceptor is gone.
  9. Yeah i did a plug chop and they were pretty white. Then I rode a little more and did it again and they were BLACK!?!?

  11. I know these jetting posts are a dime a dozen, but Im wondering if im jetted good. Im still getting a 3/4 throttle bog right before powerband. My plugs seem pretty dark, maybe i should step down a size. Heres my setup: 2006 Shee CPI Inframes K&N pods, no airbox +4 Timing Stock Carbs 310 Mains Needle, one clip up from stock (up is leaner) Stock Pilot I ride mostly all Little Sahara: 5200 Feet Above Sea Level. Any suggestions would be awesome!
  12. OK. I've always thought they acted like a throttle body spacer on a truck or car. But thats good to know, maybe i wont buy any.
  13. Im looking at getting some reed spacers. CPI has 1/4 and 1/2 inch thick spacers. What size should I go with and how much do they affect jetting? 2006 special edition CPI inframes Pods W/no air box +4 timing
  14. Im pretty much stock right now, and my CPI's rip really hard in the top end!

  17. im running cpi's on mine..at 5000 feet I run a 310 main. just pipes and filters, +4 timing.
  18. The only other thing I would use besides the re-charger kit would be ......Simple Green!
  19. I set my needles one clip leaner than stock. but for this elevation I shouldn't melt anything right?
  20. yeah new plugs...rode it for about a half hour. I just hope im not too lean now? i should be ok, i just need to adjust my air screws now i think.

I was having a 1/2 throttle bog. my main is a 310, i did a plug chop and they were pretty damn black (rich). So i moved the needle clip up one (leaner) from stock position, and it seems to run alot better! I think I just need some suggestions on fine tuning my Air Screws?!?!?!?!? thanks
