  1. i dont no man she runs great starts up after first couple kicks warm here up and she pulls hard but just free revs a lil bit at top end not to bad thoe for whats done to it i cant believe how shee im gonna change the gaskets on the intake with some gasket sealer just to make sure its not leaking and go from there i guess if i blow it up 4mil here i come
  2. i no right but im lost cuz the plugs havent changed 1 bit im gonna get new reed gaskets and the clamps that go on the carb boots n go from there maybe the clamps aint tightening down right like i said i checked for leaks n nothing and both plugs are identical
  3. so i went to a 340 main same pilot and 1 turn out on the air screw plugs still look the same i checked for air leaks with some prep spray i no its not starting fluid but it is still flammable no change in idle help i dont think i should need a main this big with my mods i no every bike is different but i mean should i try a 360 thats the biggest main i have right now and move the needle clip down one notch richer or ????????

  7. ok so i pulled my plugs out today after a ride n there is a light brown spot on the ceramic that means i a bit lean right im at 310 main 27.5 pilot i think i gonna try a 320 main and maybe a 30 or a 32.5 pilot my mods r fattys, kn pods,+4 timing cool head 22 cc domes n im at sea level any suggestions i no i need to get my main dialed in first so that will be first on the list. or should i try a 330 n go from there

  9. clymers manual will b ur best friend but there not that hard if i remember correctly when u take off the 6 clutch bolts u take them out in equal turns all the way around then the same when reinstalling it n make sure to keep track on how the clutch came apart n put it together the same way and soak the clutch plates for a few minutes before installation

  11. check ur plugs make sure they arnt fouled out even if they look good change them and is it both cylinders of just 1 if it just 1 switch wires n see if it still does it could b bad plug caps ,weak spark, i believe if u have a blown head gasket u should notice ur coolant going down
  12. i would say the 8 paddle hauler i think that the xtremes would be to much for your bike but im sure there will be more suggestions soon so just wait and see what the HQ reccomends
  13. yea but why do people get all bent outta shape over dumb stuff its not ur thread so why does it matter im tryin to help out so hes not sitting on them for ever some money is better than none yea everybody wants top dollar but it doesent always work like that to the original poster if i pissed u off im sorry
  14. most of the sanding was done with 180 grit air die grinder some 180 grit on a DA and some 320 but not much i ran out but all in all i think they came out pretty good there is a few sanding marks but the compounds took out alot of them i used black rouge,tri poly and a stainless finish compound i like the stainless better then the white rouge jus a preference
  15. i just stuck a pry bar between the rotar and the spindle rotated and tapped with my hand n mine popped off ok
