  1. :cheers:Welcome to the HQ and your new addiction. Sweet looking shee let us know how it runs and some vids would be sweet.
  2. If I'm not running a front bumper are you going to be able to see all of this stuff from the front of the quad? I dont think that I would want to see all that from the front of my shee. I read in an earlier post that you did that because of the heat, But would you be willing to make one that could be hidden sorta like the one on ebay. I'm only asking because I think I would rather have everything hidden. I do mainly trail riding and I'm a little worried that if I happen to go through some brushy stuff that a stick could get up in there and tear stuff up or bust a wire or something stupid.
  3. With all of the kick ass builders that are sponsers of this site, Why the hell would you send stuff to these fools? If it was to save a buck it dont sound like it worked out to well for you. This should be a lesson learned and I hope that a few other people learned from your mistake. Just remember you can loose a dollar trying to save a quarter. Reputation is everything if you cant get someone to back their work up then you should be going somewhere else. I hope everything works out for you.
  4. If any one needs a tank I have one threads are perfect and it comes with a petcock and cap. Pm me if needed
  5. If it needed rings it would not start on the first or second kick. Jetting is the problem X2 on what loco said
  6. No need for a larger radiator right now you'll be fine, But for sure change the impeller and fill the radiator with Engine Ice instead of regular antifreeze and you might want to pick up a set of paddles. Other then that you should be fine. Ride it like you stole it. And by the way if you need to buy anything check out our site sponsers they're a bunch of kick ass dudes and their customer service cant be beat.
  7. You'll be fine I cut mine a while back and it's no problem. I'm prolly gonna cut my rears when I reassemble
  8. I never had any problem getting it touch with Works. They just called me yesterday to let me know that they got my shock and to give me an estimate. They've answered the phone everytime that I've called and always returned my calls pretty much right away. Maybe your calling them at the wrong time as they are on the west coast. But from my experience they are pretty aight.
  9. Looks pretty sweet any idea what you are going to charge for them. I would love to see the installed pics, I'm getting ready to reassemble my shee in the next couple of weeks and I'm going to be needing something like this since I axed the bracket that was on the rear of the frame
  10. No one at all
  11. Money was just resent to [email protected]. Sorry about that my bad.
  12. PMed ya money was sent but not claimed payment went to [email protected] I think that should be right.
  13. Make sure that you re-torque the head after first heat cycle and you will probably be OK. They should be torqued to 20lbs and then I re-torque to 22lbs. after first heat cycle and I never had a problem.
  14. I made payment for the crossover on January15, and still haven't heard a thing from no one. Is this shipped or what you could at least let me know whats up. Has any body else paid for and received their stuff yet. I'm getting a little worried it's been 2 weeks.
  15. 4x156 front and 4x115 rears
  16. I run a 2 piece a Vito's hemi head to be exact. I've never run a 1 piece but from what I've been told is that they are able to remove more metal form a 2 piece then a 1 piece and that means more flow. The 1 piece just has a few less o rings, I think thats the only benefit besides being able using your stock studs
  17. I guess he's not replying. I seen him in the shout box yesterday saying that he already sold kicker and brake lever and the person that bought it was unhappy with its condition. If this stuff is sold it would be nice to let people know
  18. X2 on removing the wheels and take them home with you. Chains will work great except for that they will tear the hell out of your paint as your pushing and pulling the chain thru.
  19. I was going to ask this same question about a week ago, But I did a search first and it came up with a lot of pics and stuff that was usable. Just do a search for cdi relocation under repairs and mods and you'll get everything you need. As far as the coolant bottle goes from what I've read a lot of guys are just ditching them and running the line down so it empties on the ground I dont think I'm a fan of that but thats what I've read.
  20. I see everybody is comparing american to japanese which is going out of context. I thought this was a chinese radiator. As far as I'm concerned the japanese do a pretty good job doing what they do. It's the chinese that dont give a shit if they are killing our kids. It was the chinese who put lead paint in kids toys and it's the chinese that are now putting that shit that causes cancer in kids jewelry. Camdium or something like that it is. So I say fuck them bastards. How can you support someone who is poisoning our kids like the chinese are doing. I'm sorry but the chinese will never produce stuff with the quality of the US or Japan. Oh I forgot they do make pretty good food. And just because a couple of people were downing the chinese its no reason for not posting pics for the people who are interested.
