I need a set of bored, ten mill cases

So I am in the process of building a 10 mil super serval. I dont know much about ten mil motors. When I trench cases they may have to be epoxied ? If there is a thin spot it may break through and have to be epoxied ? I def want my cases powdered so if it wont stick to epoxy guess Ill have to get em welded

Just trying to get some info . Can you powdercoat cases that have been epoxied? Also does the epoxy last forever or would it need to be redone eventually?

That's the good one and its just on there for comparison. Tz bearings slide on and off . Even if I flipped it the inner race does not move and is still in the same position

Picture one is how I have always seen the gear located once it is put on and when you torque it down it holds pressure on the waterpump drive gear also. Picture two . If you take notice the inner bearing race is even with the outer one pic three. On this crank the inner race is not even pic four. Since the inner race is not even the bearing slides closer to the web. I have never seen this. Has anyone else? The problem I have with this is that the gear sits back past the step on the crank. So now when I torque it down the water pump gear bottoms out on the step and does not apply pressure to the drive gear. The drive gear actually has a couple thousands of play to slide back and forth. I know that can not be good. So has anyone seen a bearing come like that ?(with a small inner race) The bearing is good . Can I put something in there to space it a lil bit? Should I put a new bearing?Will this cause alignment issues with the basket gear?

I do have them one is good the other I damaged once it was out. They are original stockers

I need a pto nut washer and gear. The gear itself can be junk I just need the flat surfaces that seat on the bearing and nut to be good. Please include a price shipped

Wrong section

So i just got a 10 mil billt crank off of ebay. guy says it is a twister but there is no markings on it. I get it today take it out to look at it and the threads on the pto side have been stretched . They are not horrible but I dont feel safe with it . Can this be repaired or does it need a whole new pto web ? I got a good deal on the crank but if its a 4-5 hundred dollar repair i mite as well just go buy a new one . Crank works said they wont rethread it just put a new web wich is 350 dealer price.
