Did you check the stator or maybe switch with a known good one. If everything mechanical is good then it maybe electircal.

Could be a bent shift fork.

There's air in the line either use a draw threw pump or let fluid into the piston by opening it up a little. These are tough to bleed.

Couldn't help but to add but I raced a 4 mill drag ported bike by k&t with shearers with my 4 mill hjr dune ported bike with t5s and left it with no problem. Thanks Kevin

I would think Stator or CDI but check ground and all connections

Either one could but not 100% sure. Find another banshee and switch them to see if you get spark. 96 and above have different cdi's. If you have a Ricky Stator it can also be bad they're shit.
