You sure it's a new stator?

Sure sand it clean, put 300 dollar pistons in,and hope you have good compression. IF they have any imperfections they'll damage your pistons.

Start by unplugging the TORS on top of carbs and the black box under the left side of gas tank. Then clean the jets in both carbs making sure the black tube connecting them is back in place. You may also have an air leak.

That's your cylinder not case, you need a hone or possibly bore from a shop.

Does it have spark, gas, compression, and clean carbs.

Your pilot jet could be clogged. Dirty air filters. Tors could be acting up.

Just unplug them and the black box.

I've got a Ricky stator in a box. It cost me a lot of money before I found out it was the cause of my lack of bottom end and bogging. Get a new OEM stator.

I run two 35 Watt trailtech lights on stoke stator and it works great.

Make sure that little black tube going across the carbs is there. The tors box under the gas tank is unplugged. Just for info all the aftermarket stators are shit. It sure sounds like your pilot jets are clogged. Why did you take the carbs apart in the first place?

Do you remove the jets, main and pilot, when you clean the carbs.

Tors are on the tops of unmodified carbs. Unplug them and remove the plug from the box under the gas tank on the left side. -

Are the Tors still on? Did you replace the black tube across the carbs? Did you put the slides back in the proper Carb? -

It was going to happen sooner or later. Now see if we learn from our mistakes. Doubt it! But it's sad when you die for a mistake. Condolences to their families.

if you don't ride in water or mud you could remove the air box and go with dual K&N pods. You'll have to go up one or two sizes on the main jets. And 2nd on the timing plate +4 is a great mod.

Sorry about your buy but you could buy a new top end off a seller on this cite for 350 and a trans from eBay. Get a manual and ask questions and you'll never need a dealer for repairs.

A new top end will cost 300, how much race fuel can you get for 300. Something to think about. -
There are tow vehicle's there that will help for a substantial fee.

Same here Yamalube 2R for 15 years no problems and I run it in 2 banshees, a blaster, and a KTM 250sx. I just put a 4 mil in my 95 banshee and the stock crank looked great.

Sounds like you need to replace your needle valve which plugs the hole when the floats rise.
