  4. look in the banshee electrical FQA. there only 8 wires that come out of it i think. what are you wanting to know
  5. those prices on that web site are all the same from any other oem website that i have seen and they don't seem to be to far off from what the local dealers here in san diego charge.
  6. this is just me. but if your tors are removed and as along as your pipes can handle it and your carbs can provide the fuel and your engine stays intact. i would say your rpms would be unlimited. just my opinion. i am sure more will chime in
  7. whats the underside of the domes look like. thanks
  8. turn your caps lock off its like your yelling at everyone and its rude. thanks
  9. so these will not fit my head. just want to make sure i am reading this right. because a couple have saidit will work. thanks

  13. i don't think they will fit my jugs are at getting bored to 65.25 or 65.50 not sure yet but one of those. i will ask around and see if they fit and i will let you know. thanks.
  14. title says it all let me know what you have. send me pics and shipped prices. thanks
  15. yes that is within specs. also if you have your flywheel off you can shake it and see if it rattles. if it rattles the flywheel is shot and will cause a no spark issue as well because the magnet is broke. make sure your pick up gap is set right. do the above in my other post about the coil and go from there and let us know. oh i almost forgot . did you change your plugs just see if that was it. just trying to rule stuff out also might wanna make sure your kill switch is on. you can test that as well. to test the kill switch test for continuity between the black ground wire and the white & black wire, when the switch is
  16. ok lets test the coil so we can rule that out. there is no way to test the cdi unless you get a known working one. i would try the coil first. if your coil is bad i have an extra one for you. 15 bucks plus the ride Unplug the orange and black wires from the wiring harness to the coil, and pull the spark plug boots off the spark plugs, then use a 12mm wrench to remove the coil mounting bolts. To test the coil, use an ohmmeter to first measure the primary side resistance between the "+" and "-" terminals that connect to the wiring harness, you should have between 0.28 and 0.38 Ohms. Next test the secondary side resistance between the "-" terminal and the connector inside EACH spark plug boot, you should have between 4,700 and 7,100 Ohms in each one.
  17. sorry i retract my statement. i was looking at the red craftsman jack that is 119 dollars. there are still a few bad reviews on this one but not as bad. so i guess that means you get what you pay for. i have seen this one on craigslist in san diego
  18. they are nice but i was looking at the reviews and they are very bad. so i am trying to figure out if i want one or not.
  19. if you read my abover post i wrote down all what needs to be tested and what color the wires are. its also in the banshee electrical FAQ.
  20. sounds like you have a short somewhere. might wanna start checkingthe wires. brake out the ohm meter and and start testing. might have a brake somewere you can't see and its touching something. good luck these types of electrical probles can be a pain. try another voltage regulator. maybe there both faulty. but more then likely its a short somewere
  21. thats is for the lighting coil on the stator. that should read between 0.26- 0.38. there are 4 more wires going into the stato. find the red and green one that is the ones you want to test. to test the pick up coil find the red & white wire and the green & white wire. its the connecter right by the single black and yellow wire you tested
  22. make sure that the your multimeter is on the upside down u setting when testing it. it should read between 13.7-20.5 anything less than 13.7 the stator is shot and more than 20.5 its shot. and also make sure you are using the red and green wires when testing the stator. which wires did you use.
  23. pics
  24. do you have any stock head lights and tail light. also looking for 21cc domes for a cool head let me knw and how much. thanks
