Ran 21's in mine for years with no issues. Not a huge difference, but noticable and safe. I really like the chariot heads. Can't beat them for the price
As far as the fuel goes, its either the floats are not set right, or the float needle is not seating. Pull the carbs off and check the float height. Also check the float needle to see if it is closing.
When I was running stock carbs on a 4 mil, My jetting was a lot richer. Mains were 340, Pilots 27.5. Might want to do a plug chop to double check your jetting
might want to consider a few parts in the motor while its out. If you don't already have them. Pancake bearing clutch adjuster, Modded shift star, and billet water pump impeller. Just a few off the top of my head. Peace of mind , priceless
I've been using the boss intakes with crossover for a year or so. I have had to replace the boots because of cracks. I just noticed they cracked again after a few months. The chariot intakes have mikuni boots. I will buy the chariots next time around. Just my 2 cents
I have a tasco bore sight kit. Shot saver#30, Bore inserts from .177 to .45, and laser. Bought this a while back and never used it. Has all instructions. Still in the box. I would like to get $40 shipped. Hit me up for info
I would say it depends on how you are going to ride it. If you are just racing, there is no replacement for displacement. Bigger is better. If you plan on riding it, other than drag, go with a 4 mil.
We'll be out the night of the 17th. I'm not sure where we are camping yet, probably gecko campground. or pad 1 or 2. Where ever I find a good spot. Sunset drags are on gecko? I've only been a few times. Lets hook up for a ride. \,,,/ (*_*) \,,,/
