Ive got a set of PT hi revs hi temp black with polished silencers (could just use a nice cleaning). No major dents fresh packing, make me an offer. Also got some old DG's with silencers CHEAP, make offer!

All 4 foot peg frame holes are all striped to hell. One hole actually had a nut poorly welded in that broke off and is just rattling around now. Theres really not enough wall thickness left for a helicoil. What have you guys done to fix striped out frames??

I am pretty sure that the spacer plate is designed more for cylinder head clearance than to match up the port job. Could be wrong but thats my take.

I would try replacing it from the outside like everyone agreed, but if it only recently started leaking, i bet you've got a bent shaft that will need replaced. Same thing happened to me, started leaking at the seal so i replaced it. Still leaked so i replaced it again... still leaked so i yanked the clutch and pulled the shifter out and it was banana shaped. So don't be a dummy like me if it still leaks, you've gotta check your shaft!

What other hobby are you trying to get into because that is a pretty sweet ride to be dumping after only one trip!

so a new spring/revalve sound like what i need too. I just cant bring myself to spend 600-800$ on one single rear shock. has anyone used something other than R6 shock?

Ive heard that some people use an R6 rear shock.. is this a direct fit? wouldnt the ride be rough as hell? Also, while were at it,what other makes or models would you try?
