  1. I have the TORS eliminator kit, the crossover tube is hooked up, and the slides are right. Is there any other reason for it to act like that? Is the problem most likely the carbs?
  2. My banshee runs good at an idle and revs up fine. When I put it in gear it bogs alot and eventually stalls out. I can get it out of first for only a short time before it bogs down. While in gear I hold the throttle in one spot and it revs up and down until it dies. I recently replaced all the gaskets, cleaned out the carbs, the bike is leak free and super clean. I haven't messed with my timing at all. Carbs are synched. What the hell could it be?
  3. I moved the needle position from the 2nd lean position to the 3rd mid-range position. The backfiring diminished incredibly, but when I hit the throttle it bogs at first then revs up normally. Also, when I put it in gear it stalls out. Could there be an air leak because when I adjust the air screw on that one carb nothing changes. Plus the idle increases every couple minutes and then slows down again to it's normal state. Any help will be appreciated!
  4. My bike backfires on one side at an idle and at acceleration. I replaced the spark plugs and tuned the carbs. will the main jet size affect it? Also, I the weather is cold, below 50 degrees.
  5. My banshee is pouring gas out the rear overflow hoses of the carbs. This happens when I turn the fuel on. I didn't start it . I just replaced the throttle cable, carb hoses, and gas tank. Don't know if it's got an air pocket in there or what. I installed everything as it was before. Any advice?

  7. Thanks for your input fellas. I'll have it fixed in no time.
  8. The shifter seal on my banshee is leaking quite a bit of oil. I want to know how I go about replacing the seal. Thanx.
