    So you did all that to the bike and you can't change a pilot jet? Seems shady that u say it doesn't start easy because of that... Just change the pilot for about $4.

    Yep if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure the 05 and 06 model had that issue with the cover and this would happen if you ran normal automotive antifreeze on these engines... You have to run antifreeze that's atv specific like coolanol and the like...

    No way about the 250 4 stroke being less maintenance than the the 250 2 stroke. 4 strokes are way more expensive to maintain period. And a 250 2 stroke will smoke a 250 4 stroke no problem!
