He sold the Warrior today. He is looking for a reasonably priced Banshee in the NJ, Pa, DE area, but may go to NY for the right deal. If anyone knows anyone selling a good deal right now, just let me know. Thanks.

I've got 340's in my stockers. I think they're a little fat. It runs a bit better in the cold. Thinking of trying 340's in the new carbs. Any opinions....

Mine got like that after some work. Turned out my carb bowls were on wrong sides. The one with the brass ball bearing on the bowl goes on the choke side. Mine starts easily again. Cold starts had become frustrating till I switched them up.

Can he pull his off and get it welded, or not in that area?

I THINK I read on here somewhere that you can pull your motor, turn it upside down and pull the bottom case off without disassembling the top end. If that is correct I would buy the set, and use the bottom case until you have more money to do the top end over in your other post, with the matching cases. Can anyone confirm if that is correct?

Just picked up a set of new Mikuni 28mm flatslides. Anyone running them? Wanted the PWKs but I got a good deal on these, are they any good or should I just throw them on eBay? What's a good starting point for my mods in my signature?

I know, He's got it on craigslist and the local paper, people just don't have the cash right now. He was hoping to luck out and find someone looking for something like this. He's willing to kick in some cash. I told him to sell it, and add like 1500 and he should be able to get a pretty nice Banshee right now.

My nephew has the bug. He wants to get a Banshee. The only problem is that he is a dirt poor college student right now. He is looking to trade his 2001 Warrior hopefully towards a Banshee. He is not unrealistic, but is hoping to find a Banshee in good running condition needing minimal work, with at least pipes, with as little cash out of pocket as possible. His Warrior is an 01 with a title and is in excellent condition, very clean with a six pack rack, and skid plate. It runs great, I rode it yesterday, but lets face it it is a Warrior. If you have an extra Banshee , or are looking for a Warrior for a kid or your old lady, this might be the one. I've attached photos. If anyone is interested, post pictures and I am forwarding him the link. You can also PM me a phone number if you want to talk to him. He would also consider a 250r or other 2 stroke sport quads excluding Blasters.

I'm leaving in a few minutes to buy a set of 28mm mikunis. The guy was also trying to sell me a GYR-T CDI box. He said it was $250. but he seems desperate for cash and I have him down to $50 from $1oo. From some of the other threads I've read it seems that a programable one is the way to go. I know this isn't a programable one and I wasn't really looking for one, but it seems like a good deal. Anyone have any thoughts on this. I already have a timing plate, I was leaning towards not bothering with it.

Excellent points. Yes sir, no sir and sorry sir go a long way with cops. Not all of them want to break your balls. Most of them are pretty cool. Theres a couple everywhere that are assholes though.

Why don't you just find her a cheap stock banshee ( w/ stock pipes) and change the gearing to slow it down. I'd gear it taller so it accelerates slower and most chicks don't tend to run shit wide open anyway. If you ever want to make it faster just put pipes etc on it. Besides if you ever want to sell it who's gonna buy a banshee with a blaster motor.
