  1. can't edit post If you have a 19cc dome with a 66.5mil bore that would put your compression over 200 psi with that big of bore at sea level.
  2. 66.5mm is the max you can bore a stock cylinder before they are junk. You can't bore a stock cylinder to 68mm without resleeving it. If you resleeve a stock cylinder to 68mm then your transfer ports are kinda small to support that big of bore.
  3. If you get 21cc domes with your new head and stay at +4 on the timing you should be good to go with 93 octane if you are close to sea level, if you are higher in elevation then you could go smaller on the dome.
  4. Just put in a 4mil crank lower your ports and have your head machined 2mils for the stroke.
  5. What head do you have? If it is stock is it shaved or if it is a cool head what domes do you have?
  6. Boost bottles do work if they say NOS on the side of the bottle, and have a steel braided line coming out of the top of them
  7. Just oreder the 4 mil crank
  8. I really don't think you should pick out a set of pipes for your bike just based on how they sound, wouldn't you choose your pipe on what porting and mods you have done to your bike and what kind of riding you are going to be doing? imo
  9. I would also check out Redline Racing and at least talk to Cameron.
  10. Redline Racing cut mine, i have backloaded mine and it still shifts like butter. I pretty much ride it like a normal trans, except when racing. I love my duneable override, one of the best mods i have ever done to my bike. If it was a fork it seems like it would be hard to shift all the time.
  11. I really liked my wicked oof pipes.
  12. Ditch the 80wt try ATF.
  13. Just get a 60 over headgasket and you are good to go.
  14. You could buy a coolhead and run a 21cc dome and still use pump gas and have more compression for the power increase and still be safe. Or if you don't want to spend the money you could use a stock head that is shaved .030 or just run it stock. I like the coolhead option because you can change the dome to whatever compression you want, and they look cool.
  15. T-5s are the pipe that fit your motor mods the best.Pro circuit and T-5s pipes close to the same NO WAY. I use to use cut T-3s and T-5s for a drag pipe before all these other pipes like shearer, cpi, rockets, fat bastards were so avaliable.Pro Circuits are better for woods or trail riding.
  16. How far are you bored over? 21s are ok for pump gas at sea level not 20s. If you run pump gas with 180 psi you will melt that motor down. At 180 you should be close to staight race fuel.
  17. Your plug kept coming loose because you were running pump gas in a high compression engine. When a plug comes loose it is rattling loose from detonation. Not enough octane for the compression you are running.
  18. My vote is Redline Racing, he does all his own in house machine work, has an onsite dyno for tuning, builds some fast bikes. GREAT guy to deal with.
  19. I would try a 15-42 on the gearing, that is with a tire that has about a 72inch rollout. I think a 12 paddle would also hook better.imo
  20. You should have a machine shop look at your cylinders and they would be able to tell you how far you need to bore it out to clean up your cylinders. You want to bore out your cylinder just enough to clean up the bore and make it look like new. The cylinders start at 64mm with a factory bore and you can bore them up to 66.50mm. So 1mm over would be a 65mm bore. So if you had a gouge in your cylinder 1mm deep thats how far you would bore it.
  21. Yea,i found some pipes
  22. NOSS makes a good head and domes and is a site sponser, just click on his banner at the top of the page when you see it. He can help with dome choice, there are alot of things to consider when choosing domes, what fuel do you want to run, what elevation you are at, how much compression you want your motor to have.
