  1. quick question for ya. what made you decide to run t6's on a drag bike?
  2. dont buy a degree advance key. if you wanna advance the timing, buy an adjustable timing plate. they cost a whole 35-40 bucks.
  3. boost bottles are garbage. stick with the stock x-over tube.
  4. the haulers are the #1 climbing tire out there. you wont notice much difference when riding trails.
  5. make that 2 for kevin @ HJR. phenomenal work and great customer service. i got my cylinders back in less than 2 weeks. couldnt be happier with his dune port.
  6. make the trade!!! you wont regret it!! i have used 20X10X10 10 paddle haulers(straight paddle) since all my bike had was pipes and k&n filters and have NEVER had a problem getting the tires to spin. i gurantee you will be happier with the haulers then you are with the sandstars.
  7. thats just rediculous. i bought a fly kinetic helmet for like $100. i ride anywhere between 3 to 6 hours a day and i NEVER have problems with a sore neck. the weight difference between helmets is minimal, the average every day joe could hardly tell their was a difference if they tried a $550 helmet on and a $50 helmet on. when i buy a helmet i look more for fit and air vents for circulation then i do how much it weighs. Ryda, just go with whatever one is more comfortable. they all look sick, i think the two kbc ones would match your ride better. my .02.
  8. as little as $200 and as much as $450. just depends on the type of riding you do. http://www.herrjugsracing.com/Porting_Motor_packages.html
  9. with the 22cc domes you can run pump gas. whit the 19 cc domes you will more than likely need to run pump/race fuel mix (atleast). i run 21cc domes and +5 timing and use straight pump gas. and octane boost doesnt do shit.
  10. cpi's will be more what your looking for, but they wont work all that great on a stock motor. i would put the money you would spend on the v-force reeds towards a nice port job.
  11. what kind of ridig do you do? generally a drag pipe (cpi, shearer, etc..) will make more power than any other in-frame pipe. however, those pipes might not suit the kind of riding you do so i wouldnt base what exhaust you buy off which makes the most peak hp.

WOW.... are you kidding me. what a fuckin joke. ive never seen two fighters get gassed in a fight as quickly as they did. it took all of like 3 minutes for them to start walkin around the cage flailing their arms. GAY!!!!!

i havnt seen it yet! it doesnt come on for another 1 1/2 hours so dont spoil it. haha
  14. he also said his banshee would be ported buy HJR, it would have 20cc domes and chariot reeds and inside the airbox would be a k&n filter. the answer is YUP.
  15. if you want a loud pipe buy yourself a set of out of frame drag pipes. shit will make your ears bleed.
  16. good review! theres just one flaw with testing both sets of pipes on the same motor...if its ported for the t6's then its obviously gonna work better with the t6's then it would with the t5's (and vice-versa). if you had a two bikes to test that had the same type of port work but was ported to match the different exhausts, that would be the best way to compare the two. but like i said, it was a good review and its nice to hear from somebody that has had personal experience with both sets of pipes.
  17. to say the 700 will eat you alive is an exaggeration. ive raced many 700's that have had atleast k&n open filter and full exhaust and i havnt had any problems kicken some ass. i think the race between your banshee and the 700 will be a close race and come down to who is a better rider and who gets more traction. i agree with kawiking though, if you are going to be doing more dragging then i would invest in a set of cpi's, shearers or even a set of t5's. also, one thing you could do to squeeze a little more hp out of your set up is advance your timing.
  18. agreed. you might not even need to retard your timing or put smaller domes in. just do as already mentioned and check where your timing is at and do a compression check.
  19. hahaha, thats awesome!
  20. sounds like you bought the wrong bike. putting a 4stroke motor in a banshee is a rediculous idea...no offence. i think you would be way happier if you sold your banshee and bought a 4stroke quad. my .02.
  21. if the sports are small enough i would use a fine steel wool. or if its just surface rust, theres a product called blue job out there. its mainly used to take blueing off the head pipes but takes surface rust off too without damaging the chrome.
  22. gangter mule fo sho!! lol, people are gonna start buyin watch mules instead of watch dogs.
  23. why would you stroke it without porting it? that just doesnt make sense. i agree with alf, seems like your doing things backwards. if you dont plan on porting your cylinders to go with the stroker crank then dont buy the crank. i think you would be a lot happier with trail ported cylinders and a stock stroke crank.
  24. how will the longer swing arm hurt him? if his goal is to keep the front end down then i would say +8 would work better then a +4. i think a +4 would work if all he was doing was duning but im pretty sure he built this bike for the drags and i think the shorter swing arm would hurt him on his launches. my .02.
  25. i agree, this season sucks ass! the fights have sucked, there hasnt been any funny pranks being pulled in the house and rampage could care less about training his fighters. the reason rampage gets mad after one of his fighters loses isnt because hes disapointed that they werent able to advance farther in the competition but because he feels like he's lost to rashad. hes missing the whole point of being a coach! i cant say im very suprised by the outcome of the fights though, seeing as how this happened to rampage last time he was a coach. haha, where the hell have you been? he (rampage) anounced that a month or two ago.
