i've ran sandstars, sand sharks, sand tires unlimited paddles and skat trak haulers. im not "brand loyal" i just speak the truth. you get what you pay for. im not saying they wont work, infact i would probly choose those over any other tire besides skat traks hauler's or extreme's. those tires arent made with the same quality as skat traks. i've read too many horror stories and seen many pictures of those sand haulers with paddles ripped off to ever buy a set of those over the real thing. i've had my skat trak haulers for 7 years now with no leaks, no ripped paddles and plenty of tread left to last ATLEAST another few years if not longer. with that said, if you are an occasional duner then the sand haulers are probly all you'll ever need.

you get what you pay for.

what about "RIPPEN"? i know he's got some sweet videos, some with you in them. haven't seen him around for a while but you should hit him up and see if you can use his videos.

hell if i know. lol. it weighs about the same amount as a stock swing arm does though.

what's it made out of? is it any lighter then a stock swing arm?

man i completely forgot about this thread. haha i have to disagree. there are plenty of fwd cars that arent ricey. it's really all in how you build the car that makes it either ricer or tuner. although i will admit that more often then not fwd's seem to be the cars of choice for ricers.

not tryin to be a dick or mess up your f/s thread but those "trail tech" lights look an awful lot like the halogen walmart lights i bought for $20. are you sure they are trail tech lights?

yeah, that makes a little more sense. haha so did it make the bike sit higher then? would LT arms (for a banshee) compensate for that or would they be too much and overcompensate?

yeah man, it's gotta be the pipes 'cause thats about what my stock stroke/cylinder bike ran w/ t5's and pump gas. im kinda suprised though because i thought pv cylinders were supposed to make one badass trail monster so i would have thought they'd actually work well with the PT's. . i'm definately interested in seeing how much of a difference a set of IF drag pipes would make.

lol, your logic is weird. how much did you buy the yfz shocks to begin with? if you paid 250 for the yfz shocks and ended up selling them for the same amount then you still paid 600 for the elkas. we know you CAN find used banshee shocks, it just takes forever. especially if you are trying to find used axis, fox, pep etc.... i've been lookin for front axis shocks for a year and have only came across 2 sets that have been for sale. unfortunately i wasnt able to snag either set.

it's a lot easier to buy used aftermarket suspension like fox, elka and axis (as well as others) for a yfz then it is a banshee. there is no benefit as far as how the shock works, its just easier to find them for pretty cheap.

i might be wrong but i think he means he wants to use aftermarket yfz shocks on +2 banshee a-arms. which is actually something i've wondered about myself.
