  1. got the shee almost complete, just waiting on D&D to send me my domes then the rest of the bike can go together. let me know what what u guys think of how it looks... still undecided on the color of the plastics though need to make the link for the swinger longer so the frame sits level but other than that i just need to find time to put it all back together
  2. too bad these plastics dont go with my color scheme bump for awesome lookin plastics
  3. pics will help the sale more than u can imagine... the part out all depends on what condition everything is in, which again will need some pics to be posted
  4. unless that is a different sticker that was put on the exhaust other than what came on it that is a yoshimura exhaust on there :geek: ... not to wreck ur sale but i just think people should know what they really gettin
  5. the cost all depends on how extreme u want to go with the suspension. something simple like some yfz450 arms and different shocks can be relativly cheap prolly around a grand or prolly cheaper. but if u want to go all out and get like a leager/protrax setup it will run u a few grand. it all depends on how much u are willing to dish out. and as far as the motor goes, the banshee is very difficult to get torque out of, which is y alot of people say that if ur doin alot of like woods ridin to lean more towards 4-pokes. but it is possible to get a shee that is geared/modded towards the low end of the power band so u can get what u want
  6. the banshee is one of the most highly tuneable atvs, if not the most, on the market ever! u name it and it can be done to this thing, which is what attracts so many people to these. you can turn one into a full mx bike, a hillshotter, drag quad, dune rider, or even a desert racer, and everything in between. you will not regret purchasing one of these quads and hopefully u get bitten by the banshee bug liek the rest of us on this site.
  7. its not the intake because he said that the same carb sits lower no matter which side it sits on... i would check to make sure that u got both bowls the same size? other than that idk what the problem would be
  8. i use a pressure washer when the toys get dirty (dont get it to close to plastics it will remove stickers really fast) that gets the heavy stuff off, then i get into the small areas with a sponge and the hose. i remove all plastics, seat, and guards on the bike, and just go to town on it lol. after i just let the bike sit in the sun for an hour or so then push it into the garage to get rid of rust on the pipes, i pull them off the bike, and i use marine grade acid wash, which does wonders for the pipes. i get the spray bottle size from West Marine and just spray on the pipes, use a bristle brush and after a few seconds of scrubbin it should come right off. USE IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA OTHEREWISE U WILL GET SMOKED OUT. DO NOT GET THIS STUFF ON ANYTHING NOT METAL ON THE BIKE IT WILL EAT RIGHT THROUGH IT! lol make sure to wear latex gloves to otherwise u will burn ur hands. after usin this stuff just wash the pipes with soapy water really well, then get some chrome polish and rub it on with a clean towel, rub it off and u will have shiny pipes again
  9. look at those paddles i guess that is what it takes though to keep that crazy motor from just diggin itself a hole though :geek: lets see some dyno numbers of that thing!
  10. nice lookin shee... pretty good price to someone jump on this and get what seems liek a fast 350
  11. here is where i was at last year and where i am now with the project
  12. do u have a budget? how far away can u go? if it were my choice i would go to glamis... almost infinite sand and more custom wheelers and buggies than u can count make for one hell of a time that u will remember the rest of ur life
  13. finally movin along with the rebuild, got some pics of where im at now, list of mods include... 14. yes i did catch that... haha that must make some power if u cant even kick it over anymore and u have to go to one of those starters lol... anyone know who owns this bike? or where its bein ridin at???
  15. http://www.atvrider.us/Index.cfm?Page=Disp...Picture_ID=4603 found this while lookin around, and wow is this ever crazy the things i would do to ride that lol
  16. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/120hp-Custo...940176QQptZATVs is this stuff for real? i dont think that someone can get 120 out of the setup... and to get 96 mph in 500ft? idk i might be wrong but i think it would take alot more work to get this much power and speed
  17. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2002-Yamaha...493060QQptZATVs this bike is a crazy good lookin shee, and for 5 grand bin price, seems like a pretty good deal. im not interested jsut thought i would toss it up here
  18. finishing rebuild this weekend, will post pics and specs of the new beast by monday :ninja:
  19. BUMP! i am in the process of replyin to all the pms with pics... anyone else inerested pm me
  20. i have owned and ridden most of the toys that there is on the market... and i have yet to ever owned or ridden another wheeler that even comes close to what can only be described as pure adrenaline and 2 stroke scream that rushes through my veins every time that i even sit on a shee ... i currenly own a raptor and a grizzly along side the shee, and i would let those sell for a shit price in a heartbeat in order to keep the shee sittin in the garage  ... even the fact that i can easily ride the 4-pokes for a longer time without issues and that they have a better ride does not even come close for me... there will always be a shee in my garage until the time dead and buried, and even then if its possible i will be creamated and mixed in with alcohol and fed through a cub motor  it is an addiction that i cannot match with anything that i have tried... THIS WILL BE A MISTAKE, I HOPE U WILL BE ABLE TO LOOK BACK IN 5-10 YEARS AND BE PROUD THAT U STILL OWN A 2-PISTON SCREAMER
  21. if the dirt is loose at all i run either haulers or 4-snows... if the ground is hard packed, i think studs are ur best bet... porcupine the hell out of ur back tires, preferably stock tires as the studs will be only thing touching ground anyway
  22. got farther with the build, frame a-arms and swinger have now been painted pics are attached... got the porting and new pistons, need to find time to get it all assembled now... should be a completly new animal when im done
  23. that calendar looks crazy good  im hopin to have my drag bike done soon so hopefully i will be able to grace one of the pages of that lol
  24. the caps and slides are included with this yes... NO THROTTLE CABLES ARE INCLUDED... i can not say if these will fit in the stock boots as i have not tried... i bought larger boots when i got these, boots are also NOT included... pm me for pics if still interested
  25. all u should need is a longer chain, and possibly revalving the rear shock depending on what u use it for... if the swinger is a roundhouse type then u will need a different carrier as well
