i know that the banshee will never be available to those of us in the US ever again, but it would be cool for them to do a remake of the banshee with somethin a little different... i was thinkin that if they dropped into a new chassis with some updated suspension and different ergos (that stuff is not what makes it a banshee anyway) and i think that if they were to use the engine out of the phazer sled ( 80 hp twin 4 poke) i know that it will lose the 2 stroke scream that it is know for but it will still have the twin cylinder power that has made it infamous among the atv world. this motor is basically 2 dirtbke engines slapped together so it will still be the king of the hill like it has always been... lets hear what u guys thinkk on the idea

i can personally vouch for these vehicles... i have seen them run and have run one myself and they re fast as hell! i have a revo that will do close to 50 and these things will outrun it every time... bump for a fast as hell rc truck! :thumbsup:

got the engine tore down today, and got informed bout some good and bad news bout the motor... whoever had the motor done when i bought it bored the pistons 40 over not the 20 that i was told! haha the bad news is that the crank is starting to come apart it has already been trued and welded once so idk if it can be done again so this may be a good time for me to go and get that +4 stroker crank that i was lookin at :biggrin: the motor is gettin ported in the next day or two will keep u guys posted once i get some more info and get my stuff back

well this is a tough decision... what will u be usin the bike for? if u are looking to any trail riding at all i would go with the banshee motor... if its for strictly draggin or hill shootin then the r1 is a definate choice i would go if i had one kickin around

ya im gonna doin more performance and stretchin things out than lightening all of it... that will come later after i get the performance where i want it

got the motor pulled out today. the frame, aarms steering stem and swingarm will be sent to get sand blasted and powder coated tomorrow. motor is gettin sent to get ported in the middle of teh week. will keep u guys posted

i am tryin to sell a set of 4 brand new 26" itp 598 MS tires mounted on c series type 7 wheels, i bought the tires thinking that they would fit on my grizzly, but the bolt pattern is off just slightly. i found out that they will fit most newer arctic cat utility atv's. these tires are brand new and have never even been mounted on a wheeler! i am looking to get $1000.00 out of the tires plus the ride. if anyone is interested pm me for pics and more info. thanks

i bought a durable HD axle a while back and have yet to put it on the shee. the axle does not have any place to mount the brake setup on it, and was wonderin if anyone could help me in figurin out how to get the setup on the axle. thanks

got the shee tore town today, all i have left to remove is the motor/tranny. realized that i have a few bearings that will need to be changed. other than that everything looks to be in good shape. idk if this is a good thing cause this leaves more of my account to be dropped into the aftermarket scene haha have some pics of before and current as well

i am doin a complete tear down and overhaul of the shee starting today... will post pics and updates as teh process goes... porting and powdercoating first on the list... along with watchin the bank account slowly get smaller and smaller haha

i was lookin around on youtube today and came across this video... i have definatly seen this before more than once... funny thing is i happened to scroll down teh page and read some of the posts that people have put about this video and can do nothing but laugh... so many people put comments on this video that obviosly have no idea what is goin on :shoothead: hear is one of the comments that was posted there "well duh the raptor is faster. even if it wasnt turbo its still has a 300cc advantage. which is around 20-25 more hp" wow that is one hell of a fast stock raptor hahah :shrug: \ "lmao idiot. 2 strokes have more power and speed because they can run over twice the four strokes speed. four strokes are slow and weak. the only reason the raptor won is because the turbo adds how much fucking power? and its 300ccs bigger. the banshee is only stroked. meaning its piston rod is made longer. stfu if you dont know anything." :: shit like this is the reason people kill themselves riding because they dont know anything bout atvs let alone how to ride...

i would only run bills silencers on them... it is never good to mix pipes and silencers from different companys

before u purchase it just give it a once over and look at everything and make sure that there is not anything wrong that u did not know about... and if possible take it for a test ride before u buy! unless the person is tryin to hide something he should be more than willing to let u take it for a spin

this post is still goin? haha hey i am in new york and i am willing to put money on it that even my lightly modded drag shee will hand u ur ass any day of the week... im not tryin to talk shit either, cause one of the guys that i ride/drag with has a modded one! every time that we drag he cannot leave me a single wheeler length, and that is modded so how will ur stock pos be able to run with me? come on lets put ur money where ur mouth is :cool:
