  1. It wasnt a boss it was the cheaper ebay ones i think.
  2. Is that boss one painted or bare aluminum? I've seen a couple that say theyve been painted silver...I would think the bare ones would dissipate heat better.
  3. Yea I pretty much only ride Glamis as well. I've ridden a +4 on a 250r 3 wheeler and that thing was a bitch to turn. I'll probably end up with a +4 and keep the psi higher in my tires so they spin a little easier and I can slide the back around.
  4. I'm looking to get an extended swingarm for a serval that I will be running in the dunes. I've read that a serval with a +4 can be a wheelie machine, so would a +6 be better? I'll be duning pretty much exclusively. Serval setup is going to be 33s with rockets, +4 timing and all the supporting mods.
  5. I would think if your clip is all the way down you need a bigger main. What part of the powerband is the bog in?
  6. Sale pending on the airbox/filter. Pipes are still up for sale.
  7. You can check the for sale forum on here or any other banshee/quad site, and post in the "wanted" section and you might get a reply.
  8. FMF SSTs and silencers in good condition, no dents. 300 +shipping. CT racing aluminum airbox with K&N and outwear filter. Filter is in great shape clean and ready to run. 150 shipped.
  9. Post some pics. I bought a pair yesterday but if they are the original im sure you could sell them on here in a heartbeat.
  10. I saw a pretty trick thumb/twist combo at the sand show a couple years back. you could use thumb throttle and when your thumb gets tired, hit a switch that unlocks the twist throttle, or vice versa. I rememeber it being a little pricey tho..

    Rocket pipes

I'm sure everyone is looking for these as well, but if anyone has original rocket pipes for sale or knows of some for sale I'll jump on them
  13. I don't see how the filler rod could pop out if it was welded correctly, it should all be fused into one piece. Weld it hotter and use just enough filler to keep the puddle flat and you'll have a nice flat weld that penetrates deeper and is stronger than one that uses no filler at all.
  14. I bet you all of those bikes will sell eventually. to someone with waaaay too much money
  15. He's trying to get so much cuz its "history". It's actually pretty cool, since i used to have an 86 atc250r. But not THAT cool
  16. Checked it out yesterday, its pretty awesome. Theres a couple sweet banshees there.
  17. the $105 one comes with that bigger plate with the drain hole, the more expensive one has that plus the outer cover with a machined finish that isnt needed i dont believe..
  18. The slides have a cutout on one side, and they need to be facing out i believe (towards the airfilter)
  19. No thats a whole kit, they sell one thats just the impeller and the cover with the drain for 105.
