  1. Yea thats why I'm asking. The 33s have ridges that would keep the pods on unlike my stockers, which is the only reason I'm considering putting them on. My filters slip off the stock carbs after 20 min of hard riding
  2. My motor is stock porting, +4 timing, pump gas, original rockets and i will be running pod filters. I bought 33s awhile ago for a serval I'm going to build but that got put on hold for awhile. I'd rather run the 33s because the pod filters slip off my stock ones. So will I be able to run the 33s without losing a bunch of power? If so any jetting recommendations? I'm at sea level and ride almost exclusively in the dunes. Thanks.

  5. Bought a set of carbs from him a few weeks ago, shipped fast and were packaged well enough to withstand a hurricane. Great seller.
  6. I have some stock carbs with TORS removed, comes with throttle cable. Ill get you pics tomorrow since I'm busy with easter today.
  7. I can vouch for the spark plug issues on the for v10s. also fords 6.0 diesels are terrible too, I bought an 05 dmax back in october and its been great so far.

  9. They were enforcing it out at glamis once last season. There was even a guy driving around the washes handing out a flyer for a class to get you that certificate..also i think the law is if your 16 or under your not allowed to ride anything bigger than 50cc
  10. It says near the top that these principals apply to all 4 stroke engines...any reason why it would be different for a 2stroke? also, if you type in an email at the bottom, you can get to parts 2-5 of the break in secrets. Basically says the same shit over and over again tho
  11. Just swap them on the spark plugs themselves.
  12. Sounds like the cold side isnt igniting. check and make sure you have spark on that side. switch the plug wires and if the opposite cylinder is now the cold one then its a spark issue

  14. Are the slides in the carbs returning all the way down? Maybe it has something to do with the TORS. They cause all kinds of problems.
  15. What type of gas are you running? I believe 190 psi needs full race gas or you might be detonating.

  17. check and see if the engines warm when you get there..I've had people get them hot so they start easier
  18. Don't get a boost bottle, just get a replacement crossover tube. I'm sure someone on here has one they would sell you. If you don't have pipes, they will help a lot but can be expensive. An aftermarket timing plate is great cheap mod too, only costs around 50 bucks.
