  1. do u have the slides in the right carbs? they can go in backwards and in the wrong carbs
  2. jetting. i also run 32:1
  3. what fuel ratio are you running? and is it coming from both pipes? chances are that you are prolly just rich and it is shooting oil out. you pipe may be full of oil so i'd take them off and check.
  4. i'd try putting the needle back in the middle clip
  5. if its only 10 to 15 seconds i wouldnt even worry about it. could be just extra gas from the choke or from pumping the throdle.. either way its no big deal
  6. i kinda have the same problem as you but mine is when i go to shift into 3rd it drops back in second. but its not often. hope someone can tell us what it can be
  7. well for 170 bones you will be just over half way with a good dune port. might as well just save another 170 and get a good one. thats if you dont need a clean up bore or hone, pistons and rings.
  8. check grand rapids craigslist. i see them all the time on there few are even under 2000. just a bit of a drive from detroit

  11. they are only discontinued here in the states. they still make 08 and 09 shees in other countries. which means they still make all the parts
  12. are you talking about the lowered one? if so then that is the reason. it needs way more leverage to lift that front when its damn near sitting on the ground. its like trying to do a wheelie with a corvette. that and the extended swinger. that combo is meant to keep all four on the ground
  13. those look perfect to me. its prolly just a hook up issue. my bike will lift up in fourth but not on soft ground
  14. hey who the hell are you calling poor? haha as for the TORS it basicly just cuts the engine if your throdle happens to stick wot. that is what the wires are for also
  15. take off your air box or whatever filters you are useing and visually check your carbs to see how bad out of sync they are. if they are out real bad then that can make one side not run as good as the other.
  16. your talking about the TORS right? that is how you adjust the idle on the carbs but to adjust the sync you need to loosen the 2 nuts where that actual cable goes through

  18. hmm i am always talking to him about parts since he gets deals somehow and lives 40 mins away. but he had a couple shee's he was parting out so i dont kno which ones you got. try finding out cuz it will be differnt if its a play port compared to a dune.

  20. check ur harness to see if the pipes melted a wire

  22. most the time when you clean the carbs or whatever and they dry out the float sticks so just tap it if it happens agian.
  23. i was reading an atv mag the other week and it was talking about banshee's and blasters. they said that the raptor 250 took over the blaster but they have yet to find something that can replace the banshee.
