i had a similar problem on my bike and it turned out to be the little window in the carb had fallen out. i swapped the carb out and it fixed it. i tryed putting putty and stuff in there didnt work for some reason.

im running a 4mill setup ported though with stock carbs and it pure goes. wheelies in every gear except 6th

does it have spark in that cylinder? if it does check your carb for an air leak. check to make sure the carb is getting fuel.

I wanted to drill and tap and air screw into one of my carbs the other one already has one. I needed to know what size drill bit and what size tap to use.

is that a repairable problem? I will check that later on tonight.

so I got all those problems fixed and i had it running it started first kick. i broke it in with heat cycles and after that I went for a little ride. it rode great for about 20 25mins i didnt even take it full out yet and i heard a lot grinding coming from the bottom end i turned it off as soon as I heard it. it feels like the crank moved out of place or something but it still kicks i only half kicked it because i didnt want to break it. but what could have happend?

well I finished my build today and I have some problems with my bike. First only 1 cylinder runs they both ran before the build the one cylinder has 150psi compression and its getting gas. this is connected to the fact that when I rev the motor that same cylinder shoots out what looks like antifreeze. the other problem is that when I put it in gear it seems to shift just fine but the bike doesnt move. I think the clutch is just spinning or something but I can pull the lever and it seems to be working fine but when I shift gear it jerks a litltle when I shift but then the bike doesnt move.

I was thinking about doing this to a bike I had before and I read somewhere that DG pipes fit without chopping the pipes. I dont know how good of a pipe dg is but if it fits its cheap.

nah I had an extra set im trying to sell to help fund the build. I was going to just port and get bigger carbs but when i opened my motor i found that the crank was on its way out so I decided to go 4mill. so now I have to put the carbs on hold for a bit.

bump I should add theres nothing wrong with the 2 main carbs and the spare carb is missing the window thing.

I use sos pads on my plastic makes my 15 year old banshee plastic look like new. gets the dirt and stains off.

i need a stroker crank 4 mill if anyone has one I need to build a stroker and I need everyones help so if anyone has a 4mill stroker crank I would love to buy it.

would consider a 4mill stroker crank as well.

I am in need of a new crank for my shee. I need a stock crank with good bearings and welded.

I have my wheels flipped on my yfz and my banshee and its a little wider not by much though. you can notice a slight diffrence when driving.
