  1. Would these NERFS work with the stock heel guards installed?
  2. Do you guys know if you can go longer? and if so what is acceptable? Thnx in advance...
  3. Does anyone know what the eye-to-eye length for Banshee front shocks is? I want to put a set of FOX shocks on the front that a guy is willing to give to me off a Predator. They are 18" eye-to-eye. Anyone ever do this?
  4. Awesome... This is what i was looking for... Thanks guys!
  5. LOL Ok... But this is why I asked in the first place. I have read in a million places go +2 or +4 and you will see a difference... A difference it what? More HP, more low end, more top end, more chicks talking to me? I am just trying to learn a thing or two about setup and tuning from you guys and was hoping for more elaboration on this topic... Oh well....
  6. $50 shipped to 17307 for the NERF Bars???
  7. I cant tell from this angle, but are the plastics cut?
  8. BUMP... Just lookin for some feedback without posting a new thread...
  9. Awesome, Thanks for all the input
  10. Thanks for the advice.... With that, and the FMF Fatty's and Silencers were would be a good place to start w/jetting? 260's 300's? Any guidance... I'm all stock besides that and running at 1,500ft-2,200ft MSL...
  11. I will more than likely go with Factory Air Box with K&N with powerlid, or just the outwears cover over the top of the airbox with no lid... You cant always avoid H20...
  12. I wanted to jump on this thread as well rather than start a new one. With a pretty much stock 06 with FMF Fatty Pipes, Boysen Reeds, and presumably a decent K&N filter setup jetted appropriatley would there be any benefits to an adjustable timing plate? I always read people saying get a plate and go +4? What benefit will I see going +2 or +4, and will I even see any riding the trails? Thanks in advance...
  13. Hi guys... I'm sure this has been covered in other posts, and I'm also sure there are 50 different setups but I have a general question, and I want to tap into everyone's experience... I have mostly stock 06 except for FMF Fatty Pipes and PowerCore silencers and a set of Boysen Reeds. What would be a good air intake setup. I have asked about the Toomey 2:1, and I have heard about the K&N with the stock lid, the K&N with the Power lid and just some K&N's witn no air-box and outerwears. It's mostly 99.764% for trail riding (no water or mud) on purpose anyway. I was thinking with going with a K&N & Outwear on each carb and ditching the airbox all together... This seems like it would let the Shee breathe the best but ehat do I know? What are your thoughs... Also some porting advice with these setups are welsome. Im at 1,500 - 2,000ft... I;m looking for the best combo for what I have on my bike and the riding I want to do. Thanks.... mdhc500
  14. Dont bore it... I would do like these guys say and get a good Dune port job and possibly, maybe do something with the head to bump up the compression ratio and run a 50/50 of 93OCt and race fuel. Also the little things add up like having the crank welded, getting good reeds, finding the right intake solution, etc...
  15. Thanks for all the info guys...
  16. Still up for grabs? Why are you selling it???
  17. Hi, I live in PA, and ride the state trails... Anyone that has ridden them knows they are ROCKY... A lot of the guys I ride with have dropped the 20" rears and gone to 22" and 23" rears... They have 4-Strokes though... Since TOP-END is not a major concern where I ride, would it kill the Shee to throw on some 22"'s and a smaller sproket up front? Has anyone here done this or heard of this??? Just curious... The 5.3" inches of GC is killing me... I have read in other threads people recommending others to try 22 inch rears but warning them of the gear ratio change based on what their friends have done. I was hoping to hear from someone who may have actually done it, better yet someone that rides the PA trails and know's what I'm talking about and has found a happy medium with their setup... Thanks for any and all input...
  18. Can you send a picture of it on your bike? I am curious about the clearance & size. Thanks!!! Mike
  19. The pipes are great! Awesome seller here. Highly recommend!!! Thanks...
  20. This is an awesome member. I bought a set of pipes from him and had the pipes on my Shee within 50 hours from the time of the sale. Good communication, and fast shipping!!! Highly recommend.

  21. I am thinking of having my FMF Fatty's ceramic coated... But would the pipe holding additional heat from the coating "STEAL" horsepower in theory? Headers and exhausts are designed to dissapate the heat, and many racers ever use the header heat tape to keep heat down? The coatings look great though...
  22. The Swing arm will be my first purchase I think... I can totally see thunking a huge rock and trashing my rear brakes and sprocket/chain... I live (IN) the Michaux State Forest between Caledonia and Pine Grove... 50 miles of trail right in my back yard...
  23. I just recently got my Banshee and just started riding here in PA on the state forest trail system. I noticed there are TONS on big a$$ rocks on some, well most of the trails... Would it be recommended to purchase a swingarm skidplate? I have not hit any "yet", but how common is it to take out a sprocket or disk brake with a "trail obstacle"? Just wanted to tap into the vast Shee community and see if the $80 would be an investment for 99% trail riding... Thanks ALL
  24. Will do... For $60 bucks I may give it a go... Would be nice to get rid of the stock air box and have it breathe a little better...
