did you unhook the electrics before you started welding? you may have fried the cdi, if you have acess to another shee try another cdi, coil, ect....

I would try the bigger pilot, maybe even try a 27.5, how does it run on top end you may want a bigger main too.

That pilot sounds small to me, what are your mods, are you getting spark and fuel?

I had a buddy's bike get stuck in gear like yours is doing the deal on the end of the shift shaft that turns the star was turned around backwards so that may be your problem, and i would do the star mod i like it alot better.

It could be the shift shaft pull it out and inspect it.

Im in nw ark there is a couple of places around here that sell it if you want to make the drive. But like beast said try a track, or go through the phone book and look for auto racing equip. Some of those places sale it too.

you need to tear the top end apart and see what is going on in there, you will probably have to split the cases to make sure there is no damage, if the topend is in bad shape.

i have a set of stock headlights, and im in siloam springs.

The easiest way is to get a sync tool jeff at f.a.s.t. sells them (site sponcer), hold the throttle at WOT whith then engine off, and look at the side of your carb there should be a site hole, its a little small window, now on your slide you should have a little hole in it the hole in the slide should line up with the window when you hold it at WOT. Just adjust your cable on the carb that is off or both if they are both off, im sure someone else can exlpaine it better.

you need to sync the carbs, are they stock carbs?

You may want to try a leaner like an eek needle here's a chart on the needles

sounds like you need to replace the bearings.

pull your plugs out and see what they look like.

What is your current jetting, have you checked your pulgs to see how the jetting is.

your air fuel screw is a brass screw on the filter side.

I would say your dew for a new clutch i would go with another barnett, i've never had any problems with mine.

i think the average temp is 180, there was a thread on this a couple days ago if you do a search.

check the flywheel out and make sure it didn't come loose
