  1. yes it needs to be unhooked, do you have the ebrake on it, does it just spit and spudder when you open the throttle?
  2. try going up a couple sizes on the pitot, and what are your mods
  3. sounds to me like a pilot jet or air screw issue, what do you have in it now and what is your air screw set at?
  4. you need a richer needle like a eej or eek
  5. did you unhook the little black box for the tors in front of the tank?
  6. make sure none of the wire's came loose on the wireing harness from the stater, go through all the wires and make sure they are all pluged in
  7. the air fuel should be the brass one, the plastic should be the idle screw
  8. i would go with the stroker, you should call jeff at f.a.s.t.
  9. How old is the crank, the rod bearings could of went out. it could be a number of things. you just need to open it up and see what happend
  10. You should get a clymers before you start the rebuild, if you don't have one yet
  11. Try F.A.S.T. racing
  12. just make sure you can get the clip back out when you need to....don't line the gap in the clip up with the groove in the piston pin hole.
  13. sounds to me like it time to rebuild....i would tear the top end down and see whats going on it there....the pieces are probably part of your piston your probably gonna have to bore it and get a new piston kit

I need help getting the jetting right on my bike after riding awhile the cylinders and pipes have fuel on them, most mods are in sig, here's what isnt in the sig, EGN needles 48 pilots, 148 mains, around 155psi in each cylinder on fresh rebuild, elev. is around 1150 above sea level, temp is around 60 or 70 deg. im not sure of the port on the cylinders (they came on a different bike that i sold), i think its a dune port. Could it be bad reeds, wronge needles, or just rich, or could the cases be leaking, i just split them to put new seals in, it done this before i split them too, or is it just to much carb?
