  1. I have found myself looking for a pair again. Did you loosen the preload, I remember they were adjusted a little high. How much $ would you want?
  2. I bought this a while back. Somehow they got scarred around the radiator cap opening during packaging. They refunded $100. They would clean up with some sanding & polishing. IO would run them but I really don't like the way they look on my Banshee. I have to get $180 + shipping in order to break even. Dave5.0 has dibs, he supposed to let me know today.
  3. Consider the nerf bars sold, pending pictures of the bottom.
  4. Alf44 is the only Site Sponsor that does polishing, I think he's the only one. Thats his speciallty.
  5. Thanks, I don't recall who made it. Some guys put it together last year. I use photbucket, copy and paste the IMG code.
  6. I will be assembling it very soon, finally! I am thinking of Miller Lite colors. White fenders, blue tank & rad, red frame?? Or I could get a white front fullbore. HELP, I keep going back and forth on colors. I like my last White and Blue one, but wanted to throw a little red in there for the good ol' Miller Lite tribute. Here is my last one, how would it look with the Powdered Red frame and of course I'll be cropping the dumbos. The colors look good together on the logo.
  7. I have one with old ass cover, pan, latch, & foam in good shape. $35 shipped This one has about 4 rides on a new cover. $65 shipped.
  8. LOCO, can we please get a FAQ section?????????? PLEASE???????
  9. It's only $30 because it's cast instead of billet. I don't think it's that big of a deal since the stock plate is cast and you can't see the damn thing anyways. I bought one of those a couple years ago, I wouldn't buy one now. Now I know you can just use a dremel to modify the stock plate up to +5 degrees.
  10. Are they that big? It seems like I read they were 22, but thts why I put a question mark at the end of that sentence instead of a period.
  11. With stock ported cylinders I think you will be good running 93 octane. Stock head dome is 22cc? I know 1 cc is 12psi, so you'll be in the 150psi range, which alot of guys say is the cutoff for premium fuel. But the stock cylinders only have a 6.5:1 compression ratio and that gets bumped up from the smaller domes and thinner head gasket. I think 93 would be just about right for you, I wouldn't go more than +4 on the timing though. You get the most power when you get at the edge of what the certain octane ful is capable of, if you do need a little higher octane I wouldn't mix 50/50. 50/50 93&110 will make 101.5 octane. Then you'll just have to add more timing to get the best performance out of it. 93 may be pushing the envelope for you, a mix to get 95 or 97 will be better.
  12. They make valve stem hole plugs, so if you feel like flipping the fronts. Just plug the stock hole and install new stems on the other side.
  13. Even a stock bike would benefit from 28mm PWK's, they should have came with those stock. If they made a 26 PWK it would outperform the Mikuni VM 26, flat, oval, or D slide are all superior to the old round slide carbs.
  14. A volt meter or circuit tester with the little light is what you need.
  15. In very good condition. Has light scratches and real light spots of surface rust. Would look near mint with a little polishing. $200 shiped to the US, will ship any where in the World for actual cost. Paypal is [email protected], PM with any ?'s.
  16. I don't think they come with that cover stock, they just have the rubber trim on the tank cover. Cascade has vinyl ones if Carbon Fiber isn't your thing. http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/newlook/store/store_View.cfm?STORE_AREA_ID=3&store_dept_id=192
  17. You have a very legitimate question. Draining fuel, come on now that's elementary. Broncobob is correct, but stock carbs will produce 60-70 HP. They are not ideal for high end builds where high rpm throttle response is a must. Prices fluctuate but $75 dollars is fair for a stock set with tors delete caps.
  18. The builder should be able to tell you that. You'll prob just have to buy the standard gasket set and check the suish and go from there.
  19. It seems like there was more colors some years. http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/banshee/color.aspx
  20. It does look like Cascade but it is a cheaper knock off. Verde Powersports, http://www.verdepowersports.com/
  21. One of these will keep your winter riding jones in check.
  22. I've been thinking about a white frame too. Just got a fresh powdered Red one given to me, now I'm all confused! Here is Jason01 bike from BC, looks real nice.
