get rid of your timming key...Put a stock one on and see how it runs,those things take a shit...some guys have good luck with them..I would rather use the stock one and get an adjustable stator plate..If you need the key let me know and I will send it to you for free..+ fees and shipping..Lol

Have you ran on a tree before?Straight strut,some paddles depending on condition and bite of track will very...Tranny is a big factor and so is weight..Im thinking high 4s..I ran a 535 cheetah on a stock chasis no strut or wheelie bar and the best time I could pull was mid 4s..oofs,10 paddle haulers,and stock trans..

Were the bulbs bad when you pulled them?,As in pop..No more wires going across?

How long you going and were do you stay?

pull the stator cover off..Check the pickup coil for your fly wheel.Make sure its not loose and see if the clearence is about a buisness card between the pickup and flywheel.Also grab the fly wheel and make sure its not loose or worked the woodruff key around or come completetly out.while the cover is off make sure none of the stator wires are rubbing on the flywheel and grounding out..repost again and let us know..thanks,JB

Before trading your good stuff for someones stuff you dont know the real history on,You should buy a new crank..Dont waste your time on someone elses shit or you will pay for it later..The only person I will buy another crank from is a dealer or a homeboy..no bs.......Pay the money now and have less headache later..Also you say your looking for a stroker,specify size of crank your looking for,rod lenghts and piston sizes,what is the minimal bore you would want left on a cylinder..does it have bearings..Theres alot more then just putting up some bs with a smart attitude already to go..

Sounds like its time to clean out the jets and make sure the floats are not all gummed up.

Check your intake boots...for cracks

Pull your flywheel and make sure the woodriff key is not mangeld..If its dammaged you can still get spark but not run worth a crap..Also,did you do a compression test or check the spark plugs...Check the on and off switch also,make sure its clean..Check your grounds also..Make sure no wires rubbed through on the stator wire coming out against the flywheel..Good luck,JB

Check where you plugged your computer and stator together..Make sure there connected.See if you have spark.If you have spark see if the choke tube between the two carbs is on.You just put a timming plate at +4,What mods did you get?The pickup for the flywheel may be loose,make sure you gap it with a buisness card and tighten back down.. Check woodruff key also..
