update.went riding on sunday 3-22-09 wind sucked in vegas..made riding miserable..goin out this weekend again to test out new rear shock:) any vegas people wana meet up?

man...youd be amazed how well jb weld will hold up.. ive bought 3 basket case banshee's that the chain was thrown...and cracked the hell outta the cases there was more jb weld than case on one..and it didnt leak at ALL just be sure to clean the area good.. adjust ur chain.. dont do it again cases are expensive..trust me..3 sets of basket cases..i will not put jb weld on mine.

i got some front pro series tripple rates on my banshee.. i jump.. a lot.and from the pros out there..is there anyway to adjust the stiffness to keep them from bottoming out so much?? seeing as im a newb to shocks but not to motor rebuilds and everything else banshee orientated...works just confuse me

i'll have to get some pictures of it, i dont have any on my computer right now as it is new but wheelies... when you dump the clutch..no..it doesnt wheelie..but of course the majority of the motor weight is forward.. it will come off the ground just a little when you are in it to when it then hit like a drop down or something... and no wheelie bar.

we have a banshee with a zx900r motor in it extended +8 we are running some dick cepek 16 paddles that are 8 inch rims. and they are 22's i believe..

i honestly like how my fmf fattys sound with power core 2 silencers with no spark arrestors in it... its quite till you get into it.then it sounds smooth and amazing.. just my .02 cents

yeah thats an amplink.. its just got a place where the chain rolls on top and on bottom like a tensioner pully...so when you lay on the throttle on lets say pavement? you dont get the chain jerk from a lose chain..

how would a no link do on a stock length swinger..with say a cr500 or yz250 shock ? has anyone done this?? does it drastically change the handling through whoops? wheelie better or worse? mainly worried about how its goin to handle whoops and jump...

from what i have heard is they are good mx pipes.. meaning.. good low end ..decent mid..and shit top....

same thing happend to my 00 dodge dakota.. ended up the pcm was going bad..and thats a warning sign.. mine started doing that..got used to it..then it would do that and shut the truck off..id have to wait 15 minutes to get it started again then after a little longer the truck was dead. new pcm fixed it

my original 87 plastics were black and brown stained.. i tryed everything i ended up wet sanding them with soapy water and 400 grit..then 600..then 1000 grit..and then i just buffed emm...made em pearly white again

i usually run my razrs at about 2 psi.. only managed to pop it off the bead once...during a wreck LOL..

does anyone have this setup out there on a stock length swinger? if so.. hows it ride? how high does it sit? jump good?

pros and cons.. PROS: NONE! other than advanced timing CONS: they shear of easy and leave your ass stranded PROS AND CONS OF A PLATE PROS: keeps timing set good.., wont shear off and leave stranded.. and advanced timing up to +15 CONS: NONE

yah..hopefully i get some more riding in.. but i got summer toys also..aka standup jetski so summer rolls around...im still chillin

update : cast comes off march 10th. no riding for another two weeks after that.... FML...i guess i will screw with my nitro rc's some more

lets see bout the 4th ride of the new year... racing another guy on a banshee.. he wheelied dropped down clipped me .. i hit a BIG ass rock..bike went end over end.bikes fine.. i broke my wrist.. FML!
