its not the result of having a lock up..its just mostly can happen because you had the cable adjusted to tight which caused constant presure on the components, or someone held the clutch in for to long coasting, or reving the motor

sounds to me like you get to adventure deep into your motor..welcom to the world of welding your clutch actuator,rod,and ball together

A. Get some fiberglass resin and some extra glass sheets abnd build it up. B. Instead of bondo use kitty hair, its bondo with fiber glass strands in it. C. Don't be so cheap and buy a damn piece of 3/4" aluminum, hell i know the metal place here would probably have a piece of scrap big enough to make it out of.

its actually a little heavier.but not noticeable.you can still lift the front end with your hands like a regular banshee...along with the rear..yeah it weighs more...but the weight is centered..

from what i have heard..shaws are really good for drag racing and hillshooting.. they will beat your ass on trail rides

are you sure its not the stupid ass plastic bushings on the INSIDE of the j arm part that mounts to the frame under the little dust cap things? mine were wore out and my tires would wobble in and out and back and forth and the hole j arm up and down and back and forth. i replaced em.and now the front end is tight again .

umm..yfz is a no.. 400 ex is also a no due to how the lower mount is made just find a cheap used after market rear shock off egay *ooops* i mean EBAY... or send urs out to get revalved and re sprung to your weight,length of swingarm, andriding style

i believe there is electric going to them for the power to overide the throttle system and shut the bike down when it notices the throttle is stuck/sticking

14.25 is shorter than stock i believe? i have some works on mine that are 15.25 and it sits nice and like stock..so i think those would lower the front a little.im not sure dont take my word.just my .02

i have some answers that are size 12's and they are full length.and skinny at the nose due to them being mx boots.. so imo look for some answers or AXO's

how hot was it when you was riding dunes? my bike doesnt over heat when im riding dunes in 85+ degree weather and i need to go up some on my pilot it tends to spit just a little on the skid plate when trail riding..
