A cousin of mine who builds and races 2 cycle dirkbikes uses hydraulic fluid instead of motor oil for the transmission. Just wanted to know if anybody runs HG fluid in their banshee and what their opinion is?

Well there really arent many changes that were made from the first year 87' to current, besides the early models 87-89 had a J-arm front end were from 89 on they have a A-arm front end. Unless your wanting a SE or something which it doesnt sound like, and your looking to make it a drag bike I would pick up an older one because they are usually quite a bit cheaper to pick up.

Just unplug the tors connectors for both units. I would'nt cut the connectors off the wire harness, I would just tape them up and around the harness.

That is the alien system, he's looking for the 916's. The 916's are discontinued and believe me there are alot of people besides yourself that would like a decent set. My only suggestion is to either write down a bunch of dealers phone numbers, call and ask or whatch on ebay. Every once in a while there is a set that comes up.

I used to own a XP, I believe they are a 600cc (could be mistaken on displacement) and it was a two stroke. I would blow the kids on newer 1100's away all day long on that thing. I definetely wouldn't give my quad up for one though.

Your original hardware will work. Look around in the jetting/exhaust forum, I believe there is a jetting guide floating around in there somewhere.

One other good thing about UPS is that it comes with 100$ worth of insurance free, usps does not offer insurance unless you pay extra which I think is a bunch of bullshit. Why should you have to pay them extra to feel confident that your shit isn't going to get damaged and not get compensated for it.

Yeah USPS is alot cheaper and quicker for stuff under 10lbs or so. But you go getting into heavy stuff along with what zone the reciever lives in they rape your ass wide open. UPS is the best way to go for big stuff, USPS is the way to go for smaller stuff.
