Well, we've all heard the saying "you get what you pay for" I'm not sure what his prices are on pistons, but if it means saving a bore/other engine damage I would rather shell out 70 more dollars to get a trusted name brand. I would'nt mind running a cheaper piston as long as they are good quality pistons. Not saying his products are garbage, I have never purchased or ran any of his stuff myself.. I do think I remeber the thread a while back where he was giving them away for free, or at least really cheap?

Why can't the assclowns at DMC think straight? Why in the fuck would they want to produce 50 sets when while they're at the 50 sets just put them back into reproduction. I mean, im sure they would sell a hell of alot better than their alien system would. I just dont get why they want to make a set of 50 and then shit can the production again.

Im with 05 se. But if the headpipes are the same, they surely have a surplus i'd imagine. So really the only part of the production process they are probably changing/adding is the midpipes & silencers.

Im glad its not that way where I live, hell I cruise around everywhere on my bike around here.

aha, I was expecting to see some decked out 88. Its definetely custom though! :biggrin:

First of all turn the pingle off and drain the bowls by loosing the screw at the bottom back of the bowls, it will come out the back overflow. I ussually take the the carbs off to rejet them rather then leaving them on the bike. As for the overflow coolant bottle you can do away with it, or make a bracket ziptie it or whatever. I personally did away with the bottle and ziptided the main feed down the side of the frame.

Guarentee'd if people want them bad enough they will make them pay for em.

If the alien headpipes are the same as the 916 headpipes I wouldnt think it would cost them a whole hell of alot because they would just have to put the mid-pipes and silencers back in production instead of a whole different system. I dont think I would want them bad enough though to pay a shitpot of money just for the cool sound they make, im sure they make decent power but their mainly notirious for the sound. I know its a taboo to mis-match pipes and silencers but I was thinking a while back it would be pretty cool to match the silencer up with a cpi or shearer headpipe...

The dent comes from the factory, its so the radiator hose clears past it. My aliens had the same dent.

My god stay off the atv's for a while and go take a goddamn english class. :biggrin:

Wiseco is definetely a good piston, i've used them twice and have always been satisfied. There are some other piston manufactures out there but I have yet to try any, I might get around to it someday..
