  1. i gotta buy some ezouts.... hm.
  2. youll need a strap wrench to hold the flywheel, and an impact gun. then you will most likely need a flywheel puller, again used with your impact gun.
  3. heres a nice fuckin banshee. ha Egay whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaappppppp
  4. sorta haha dood got a-arms. jarms are lighter
  5. thanks guys. i gave a buddy of mine a joint for his. mine now. goodcall on the motovan.... i forget about them all the time.
  6. if one is light and one is dark how sure can you be that its an air leak? could be a plugged up carb. the lean pop is definitley not a good sign. just a side thought tho (check your jetting and clean carbs anyway) give your coil wires a wiggle and make sure there not worn. ive lost fire in a cylinder before, loaded it up and then had it backfire when the cap seated onto the plug good enough to ignite.
  7. if the impact driver was the reason for the shattering screwhead, i dunno what to tell ya. i never had this problem. dajogejr wtf? $6? the impact driver i use was at least $50.
  8. good job bro, ya put the loctite to it eh?
  9. really? good to know anyway. d think it was an equal gains sort of deal. pricewise. knawmsayin'
  10. my bad. they do look like stockers.
  11. that fuckin sucks. i never had that happen to me b im preventing it from ever happening anyway on the build. are wear marks on the actuator bad? i mean from the bearing and spring?
  12. RE: Ho would a predator compare against the banshee? Answer: It doesnt.
  13. propane is great for finding an air leak. just a little trick you may be able to use more efficentley. mine backfired right before its death
  14. whats so hard about side by side comparison? just hold an arm up to the ones you got already duh. bitch at laegers for new bushings thats tweaked they didnt send you any with them. but as was said, you might have better luck with ebay. type in banshee delron in search that will bring up what you need. i reccomend the black ones as they will hade the scum better than white.
  15. whoo! project! why cant buddy just be an easy drop in? banshee parts are all drop in its their owners that arent friendly with dropping parts in haha give jeff a call hes a good fella. definitley go with a true and weld, i like stock cylinders (but for a port job and 4mil.... why not buy unported cubs?? thats an idea. almost the same price once you factor the cost of GOOD porting) either way, for the budget 4 mil your looking at around 2 grand buttoned up correctly and nicely. $1500 the easy way.....
  16. yea i point people to the electrical faq all the time for the purpose of looking at a picture..... perhaps one without lights. this should be added to our technical docs page on the main page.
  17. sounds valid. but id thin that much overtweaking could be a problem. can you get the bike running well at idle after being properly warmed up? check the jetting and do plug chops. it may be a waste of money to cut plugs but thats what has to be done to establish your baseline... once you got the rough idea, buy some jets in your range.a few sizes bigger and a few sizes smaller so you can always change for temperature and stuff. i dont know a thing about powervalves either but the rz's have complicated wiring for the powervalve system im pretty sure i have read, mabye someone here can advise you on that? once you have a good boo there im sure you will have your problem solved. i mean a really good look (boo) then go onto your jetting. thats where the real fun is at in owning a smoking motor
  18. if it was a short why would it roll start??? but judging by the problems your having with your wiring it seems, ill point you to the electrical faq, spend some time building yourself a new harness without all the bullshit  Electrical FAQ
  19. hahahahahahhaha there actually is no point. but i bet it was fun? if my brain wasnt so burnt out id register on some other forums
  20. i got your jugs. pm me
  21. hahahaha do you miss it? actually when i got onto teh forums i searched for sb and the members online thing first
  22. man, i wish resale was like that up here in nova scotia. i buy blow ups for no more than $800 no matter whats with it. i sell em even cheaper sometimes!
  23. "impact screwdriver" 2 words, worth its weight in gold. anyway, the cascade one is good but truthfully, you can get that phillips screw matched up to an allen head for about $1 at a hardware store. if you have no luck let me know we have this ancient family buisness called e lynds enterprise where im from and they are going to boltmatch every fastener on my cases to allens
  24. well then, problem solved! dod you grap another stator with your timing plate? id be worried about the pickup.
