you played with your wiring much? most likely a bad ground wire. its the black one follow it from your light to the wiring harness body and check to see if its good and connected

lol budget??? to all ive got about a grand of play money a month for the next year. thats a start. if i can go over 150 im laughin because its unhered of around here in a quad unless its a hybrid.

keep it comin, 24mm twister triple had a nice ring to it.... im from the east coast of canada, money isnt the issue here due to the simple fact that this sorta modification doesnt find its way up here.... ever. pretty sure on that fact. im looking at building a one off something retarded performance. catch my drift? from what it sounds mattoon cases are a waste, i thought i could use them because of the high HP im aiming for. something timebomb like doesnt matter to me. im just going to use my stock cases from here on it tho. next thing to address is the cylinders... ive leaned more towards the cheetah powervalve. id like to hit 100HP what do you guys suggest for jug jobs? bikes gonna do drags, poker runs, fire roads go to shows and most importantly hold me and my friends beer while they looks see and want what ive built. theres growing interest in high performance quad building in my area BUT the builders build jewels and dont offer that kind of service to their customers. so fuck them. i shall pass them with the help of my second home banshee hq lol

ive got stock headlights in id say, 80%new condition. and front calipers with pads. no billet tho. anything else ya want? mabye a K&N?

okokok. ignore the other post. i have just decided that im going to do a build on a mattoon billet case. my choice of motor is going to be a 10 mil methanol stroker. that sounds about right. what can i use from my stock motor in the building of this new engine? and does the mattoon require machining to run a 10 mil. i need parts input on my choice of cylinders, clutching, override tranny, crank choice, all that stuff. also im trying to compile a list of all the busings, bearings, gaskets, hardware whatever that ill be needing to replace. im going to painstakingly build myself a one off custom banshee that Nova Scotia has never seen in terms of bling and power. let the input fly! **** i may ad whatever i DONT need i will most likely be selling so pm me some offers on parts.

as mos most of you mofo's know i blew up my shee. so. since i am blessed with patience and nowhere to ride anymore. and dont want to sell my shee for value or am in a big rush to bandaid my problem with anew top and and be done with it, what exactly am i going to need to buy for a total overhaul of my bottom and top end? im going to build a stroker so crank bearings and shit is standard but whatabout in the back half, is there anything thats gotta be replaced as soon as its opened? sorta along the same line as gaskets? im going with a brand new clutch. might as well do the shift star mod ya know, while its apart i might as well build it right. i need some ideas on replacement brands and parts upgrades and the like. to start. -all new gaskets. all of them -billet impeller -tranny mod! - please offer your input on the types -shift star mod -probley go with a tusk clutch, i need input on aftermarket baskets and there performance and anything on the springs you guys know, does the tusk come with stiffer springs? -cubs with some sort of porting work. -10mil stroker, i imagine i need bottom end case mods am i right? *PICS* -aftermarket billet head with some sort of domes. id like to run methanol need info on this setup regarding dome size and choice of carbs. -carbs!!!! so many!!! gonna hit em with them nice billet bowls -ignition, mainly the stator. ricky stator is my first choice being the only one i know of. -flywheel lightening weights setup whatever. AZCUSTOMQUADS had some sort of flywheelless setup -piston reccomendation, piston porting. any info on that. -those billet sidecases. the see through ones. where to buy? -MATTOON BILLET CASES well.... that about covers it. whadda ya'll think?

Got Some New Parts, Need Some Easy Answers

1. hot hose is the one from the hottest point (your motor) to whatever. so yes, the one coming from the head to rad. like said, they wont help in cooling anything so pick the bling spot. 2. that plastic part is important, it does bolt over it. 3. case savers DO work, but are a bitch to get out once they do their duty and the chain gets all stuck. Good investment especially if your case isnt busted yet! :geek: -
cmon, put your lips on that baby and SUCK :cool: brakefluid tastes like shit but i had to stuff a hose in my bleeder and suck on it to get the rears bled once. might be an option for ya. im always all for the use of fancy tools but ya do what ya gotta do.

you lugged it home without any strange vibrations or noises..... man im dreading taking mine apart..... i have zero compression in the left. checked today i hope its just a little bit bummered. no rattling in my pipes tho :cool:

wellllllll shit.... i knew there were 2 c-block types.... im also interested in hearing everyones opinion on the bolt on cylinders as i myself am looking at that option for my recent blow-up. cubs are pretty popular but they are newer on the market then cheetahs (id also like to know whats wrong with trinity because im looking at the 535 legend kit.... wait, was that a cheetah or a cub??? )
