  2. after seeing that and thinking about all the rice rockets around town with faggy spraypaint rims, i thought to myself if ebay has some guns. so i bought one of the eastwood hotcoat dealys. nothin fancy but everyone needs to start somewhere..... i was gonna send my engine cases to the city to be coated..... at $248! fuck that they fit in an oven i should be able to PC everything besides a frame in a normal household oven! thanks for the wicked post and lighting a fire under my ass haha nice work by the way!

  4. 1. sell me your grill. (not really but like it was said the dam thing looks like it could block a cumshot at speed) 2.dont even check the impeller. just buy the prodesign one and install it. 3.compression test, basic engine check for air leaks all that crap. mine revved way high because my carb top came loose. bad threads i bought the elimator kit and begone. airleaks can cause overheating, and most importantly. revving. the grill, its nice. but id pick up another plastic with the plastic grill for the hot days. and like the other guys said, NEVER POUR WATER OVER AN OVERHEATED OR HOT MOTOR! this can cause a whole disaster of problems, warp your head, crack your cylinders warp anything and everything and its just generally not the way to do things, rapid cooling like that may just be what seized your motor 2x before.

  7. just want a few ideas i bought a couple chainsaw files today im going to go at the stockers and open em up A BIT. i already fucked one with my dremel a year ago..... wont go that route again porting obviousley takes time.
  8. are these trail rideable? can i still use a billet basket? im going to be riding some woods trails (cleared out sort of well ridden and packed rut) but i do some retarded sand pit hillshoots too.... the top of the hill is usually a 2 foot vertical so a little slip and drop of the clutch is needed to hook up over it
  9. there ya go, theres a right way and a wrong way for everything! flipping your rims isnt a bad idea for the back i dont think i can come up with any issues there with strength unless your landing 100footers.... its nice to give you the extra width and helpful with mx. for the fronts tho it creates issues. mainly, offset rims widen your front end right< a wider front end makes spring compression easier therefore making your front end softer and not able to absorb the shit as fast. as well as putting undeeded stress on your spindles, NTM putting your breaks right out there in the open. (would you wanna hop the bars and have a disc smash your face? or the tire? :ermm: this is a WAY out there possibbility.... also leaves your calipers open to roost from your buddies and junk. wider a-arms wouldnt be hard to build if you made a good jig (and even easier to buy)
  10. just buy a fuckin banshee either way after a few years yll have parts from almost every year on it! they all fit! its like a stupid civic. HA HA. im new at this, all you south of my border folk have a bigger market for parts than up here therefore. i gess my HP numbers a little high :cool: noone up here knows better! so whaddya think im lookin at? im gonna be using ported stock cages and carbon reeds ported trinity 2into1 with a 38 OR vitos billet intakes with the same cages as above and duel 38's i want a setup for topend and a setup for bottom end and ill have the cub built to work well with both. should equal a good tradeoff
  23. did you break it off? d say sure but its not going to work right your just asking for problems. the only way to fix something is to fix it right. (a regular bolt shall work fine you dont need a stealership order) get yourself a drill, an ez out, and some patience.
  24. yea i was just getting a tad optimistic. there isnt a good coating of ytellow on them just blotchy spotty yellow. ill keep im nonetheless wouldnt hurt.
