  10. i have to sell my beloved shee. fortunatley with my new job, i can just buy a spankin ass new one in the spring! anyway got everything all back togeather and when i tore it down i was stupid and took my rake lines off and all tht bullshit, i know how to bleed brakes. it seems as if my caliper isn't doing anything because with the line off of it it gurgles while pumping. (but doesnt squirt anything out? diaphram inside resovoir perhaps?) put the line on the caliper and removed bleeder screw pumped away pressurized line, nothing. i cant seem to get them bled properly. gimmie a fucking step by step guide i didnt search im just frustrated i cant sell it with NO brakes at all cause the front ones have been busted for years.

  13. nice technical post. outlines alot of points, even if you are fucked up. im 2 quarts down on boones wine and understood it fine! i have hered of a couple guys running modified dynoports for drags but i always hear teh same thing about the intake and exhaust and strongley agree on the school of 2 into 1 nothing.... it was made with 2 it should have to. ........... does anyone know where i can get that new rectangle jug and piston with the double armed both tits up crankshaft to go with my 2 into one accessories?

  17. snoop, that book is QUITE hard to buy brand new as it is out of publication. took me about months of bookstore trips before one of them tracked it down for me in hardcover to match my 4 stroke version. but as for anything DIY i ALSO recomend reading this book cover to cover. british people know what their doing. i mean, just look at what they put their own vehicles through.... the banshee blue book of tuning is a damn fine resource and will teach you alot even if you think you already know it all. hell you can build your own pipes for any rpm range based on your engines measurements from the knowledge and formulas given inside.
  18. i did a few frame mods (removed some baloney ya know) and acidentally chopped off my tabs that hold the airbox in, i had cut up the airbox to make sort of an open intake (see pic) ok. so scrap the intake all togeather, WHEN i jetted the bike i installed 320 mains and did a plug chop at about +24 degrees celcius, late summer temperatures and it was dead on perfect. i plan riding over the holidays and its about -5 degrees celcius. i KNOW im going to be lean without the intake but im just wondering how bad it will be considering the tempereture is so much lower now than in summer. should i risk a few short runs or will the jetting be way to far off? do you guys rejet lower in colder temps?

  25. this stuff called talstrip. its blue goopy stuff. paint er on, let er bubble, then take steel wool to it. use gooood gloves. rubber ones. i use it at work on old propane tanks. lifts everything but powdercoat.
