  1. Is that 400 mains in the stock carbs. Because WITH my porting and stock carbs I was just shy of 400 on the mains. Just curious.
  2. From what I have heard you should not take any material off of the piston because it can cause it to lose enough strength where it can fail.
  3. I have yfz shocks and was thinking about getting some +3 wicked a arms and was just wondering how they fit as far as the ball joints maybe other things.
  4. Did you kick it more than once? you want to hold wide open throttle and kick multiple times until the compression does not raise any more when you kick it.
  5. My buddys outlaw has ball joints like that and a snap ring keeps them in place. $400 seems kinda steep seeing as you can get a new set of wicked a arms for the same price.
  6. Has anyone just moved the lower shock mount out a little to lower the front end so that the ball joints don't max out? I was thinking about doing this but my shocks have not come yet so I don't know if there is a problem with this or if it is just more work than necessary.
  7. I did the exact same thing this weekend. Bent shock and upper a arm. Fell on my ass and am having a hard time sitting down.
  8. PM me
  9. I agree. Once you ride on a set of haulers you will never go back to anything else. There is a reason that they are more expensive. They are just that much better.
  10. Looks like I will be up there that weekend but only sunday. I have a black and white banshee and will be riding with a blue 660 raptor and a yellow 300ex. If you see us say hi.
  11. Black plastic purple frame, grill
  12. I do not have a hush kit, I have the old style toomey spark arrestors but I made some special end caps that go in the end of the spark arrestors. I was checked last weekend at 96db. They let you in at 98db so no problems. We usually stay at the state campground.
  13. AZ Custom: I would also like to see pictures of the ball joints.
  14. We may be going up that weekend also. I ride a black and white banshee not front fenders and am usually riding with a Polaris Outlaw 500 and a Honda 300ex. It is definitely nicer when it is sunny or at least when it is cooler out. There is no dust out on the dunes, it is a coarse heavy sand. It falls very quick.
  15. Pictures on the bike?
  16. T3T4T left to right
  17. I would not use the in line cooler. I think they are just a waste of money.
  18. ???
  19. I did a search and I could not find what i was looking for. What kind of chain should i get. I ride mostly sand.
  20. Does any one know how to replace the rear brakes on a honda 250ex?
  21. I bought these for my 33mm pwk's but they hit my t-5s because of the boss intake. They do have a couple wrinkles on the one as shown in the picture just in the one spot. They were never ran on the bike. I paid $90 for them and would like to get $40 for them. I figure I would rather someone else get some use out of them instead of them just sitting around.
  22. If you look in the tech docs it tells you that there is only one coil for both cylinders so both plugs fire at the same time every 180 degrees or 2 times per rev
  23. I love my toomeys. I have 2 33mm pwk's but I do do mostly dune riding.
  24. What I have been told is let it idle for about 10 min then cool down 4-6 times (dont remember for sure) then go ride easy on it for a tank of gas (could have been half of tank?), not more than half throttle. Then ride it like you stole it!
