just picked this up, ill add some better pictures, has 90k original miles and was in a heated garage! anyone know any good forums for these old school muscle cars? so far i have the flowmaster full kit, BMR front and rear sway bars, rear upper and lower control arms with poly bushings, bilstien shocks, crystal headlights with HIDs and a death proof duck hood ornament. the chevelle at the end is the look im going for, now its time to make a motor choice, i already decided on a built 700r, i want the OD so i can take it on the highway. the 2 speed in this thing is not cutting it lol... gonna go for like a pro touring look with a little rat rod thrown in. going for this look, but without the gloss painted trim, gonna do everything all john deere blitz black.

####UPDATE#### check out the xray. so now i can put 20lbs on the bad side, and can walk with crutches. in 2 more weeks, another xray, add some more weight for a month. then according to the surgeon i will be done with crutches. i guess riding one of my banshees this year is out, im hoping to at least be able to get on a jetski a little bit this year. im going to part out or sell my 97 banshee, i dont need 2 of them anymore. i am not in pain anymore, not even when walking around and doing shit, so at least it is healing well.

i ordered 2 moose stators when i was trying to run higher wattage lights. both were defective. i tried every stator except for ricks stator, and always had a problem, either the bike wouldnt run or the lights wouldnt work. check my thread its on here but kinda old. i heard ricks stators are still made here, not in china like ALL the other ones being sold, so the ricks are supposedly ok. i gave up and went back to stock, no way im having my stator die when im out riding.

Dumont is way bigger, but it can get hot as fuck there. Pismo is mad fun and u get to ride on the beach, it is a lot smaller but it's still big enough to have fun on for a couple days.

I definitely plan on getting another mustang eventually, that new 5.0 is just sick. As far as the toys, I am gonna get rid of one banshee, the wr250x supermoto I just fucking bought, and the kawi ultra 260 ski. Keeping the 06 banshee but gotta chill out how I ride, the surgeon who fixed my hip said if I fuck it up again no one will be able to put it back together and I will have a permanent limp at best, wheelchair at worst. Fucking sucks but that is why I'm getting rid of the most dangerous toys. Going to be buying a kawi 300x, I'm going to be spending more time on the water once this hip heals up, I just can't imagine being fucked for the rest of my life. So far the healing I guess is going good, the 63 staples are starting to itch like a motherfucker so hopefully that means they will be coming out soon. So i am staying in the physical therapy place, there saying I will be here between 10 days to a month. You really don't appreciate how much shit ur hip lets u do until u have one that is temporarily fucked and can't walk.
