  1. I dont know why the PM issue. I cleaned out a bunch from my inbox and sent you a pm with my number. I am taking my bike apart today and can have them ready to go if interested. I havent checked on shipping price but if you want em for $375 shipped I'll take care of shipping costs. Just give me a call.
  2. I agree with you , it looks like your fat up top. I sometime do chops on both the main as well as doing the same type of chop under a load at 1/2 throttle and look at the same ring and adjust from there but keep it just slightly richer than the main. I usually just do the needle by feel. If you want to just do a 1/2 throttle chop and see what it looks like. You may need to drop the needle a clip or two. I think by the time you drop your needle your main will look about right as lowering the needle/raising the clip affects the mainjet fuel flow slightly as well. I pay no attention to the color at the top of the porcelain.
  3. Those are good all around pipes. They work on stock port motors fine and even dune ported on up.
  4. VP race gas and some others are yellow like that depending on what oil you use. I'm really not trying to be a dick but , that pic tells us nothing really. You might as well have left them in the head and took a picture of them in the motor and ask us if its jetted right.
  5. Im have a set of shearer BB inframes if you are interested you can pm me or give me a number and I can text ya pics. They are on my bime in my profile pic. Radar
  6. Haha, thats the deepest post dig ive ever seen. I was gonna say CPI hasnt made unstamped in about 8 to 10 years. Lmfao
  7. Jmarq is right. With a no link it takes a lot more pressure and different valving.
  8. It also depends on the swingarm and the heigth you set your bike at , I have my shaw setup for a LSR with the bike a little low and it takes much more psi and the valving is different too. Marvin Shaw has done mine twice to get it just right. Mine has 1450psi in it and is just right for me at 230 lbsbut I have seen em with different +10 swingarms that only took 850psi.
  9. Bikes wont shift worth a darn of the clutch is out. It may not be forks or anything. That tusk kit is fine and is under $50.
  10. No kidding. noobs .
  11. Mild drag port with triple exhaust ports? Whos motor build is this and why would they have you run pump gas on it and not set you up with the correct domes. Do not just throw 19cc domes on it, that would have to be a somewhat picky build about what domes you should use. Just my opinion. Im really trying to help not just bust yer balls.
  12. I had one for quite a while. If you get a stock stroke cub I wouldnt go with a 115mm rod. Stick with the stock rod 110mm length and it is no problem finding pistons and domes for that combo. There are quite a few of those that are over 100hp M/m Andy has one that is very fast and Bostonracing has a superfast one. If you dont want lightswitch power then get a 392 serval cub. They are fast and make a little lowend too.
  13. Haha Resline, was typing at the same time.
  14. Many good motors run in the .035 or even .060 range. 90% of builders want to be in the low 40s. With that being said there are many motors that have record passes with .050 or even .060 so listen and trust your builder and you will be fine. Theres a lot that goes into it but if the pipe works and traps well the motor will like looser squish. Timing, fuel , dome shape, squish band width , velocity, and many other things change the way a builder will want to set em up.
  15. Glad you sold em. That was some bullshit tearin up a guys ad. Thats why many peopme wont list crap on here anymore.
  16. Something like what he had or even 11s are what a lot of guys run hillshooting. I'd stay light on the front tires, sand sand sharks and the cheaper front tires are very heavy. I'd get either a skattrack mohawk or smoothie or get some from sand tires unlimited.
  17. Hp increase with the Vforce reeds would probably be about 2 , increase with bigger carbs would probably be 2-3 and the CPIs over the T-5s would probably be about 3-6 depending on how your motor is built but they may be a poor choice if you trail ride much or play on your bike much or jump and trail ride. Without spending much money you could get your stock carbs bored to 28mm and maybe bump your timing up 1 degree. I always ran 5 degrees on 350s with no problems. If you bump the timing up it will lean it out a bit and will need a couple jet sizes larger mainjet. A honda 450 with all that stuff is no slouch really and the lowering kit makes that bike much quicker. If you lowered your banshee you will holeshot much better than stock. A ported, HRC cam, piped, filter 450R is a fast bike.
  18. Put a price on it. Thats a nice frame. I have a bud wanting another suspended chassis.
  19. That looks real close to me. With a pic its hard to tell, if you want a better read on a plug do it again but make more passes and you will see more color and a better ring. That just looks like a real new plug that hasnt gotten much color yet. If its 2 mm tall then you are right there. Color should be beer bottle brown, if the color is light brown or tan then go up a jet or two till you get the right color and height. Guys that arent picky about jetting may be real close on jetting but theres 15-20% more HP in the last 2 or 3 jets and gettting it right on the money. On the dyno a 60 HP bike thats slightly rich will make 65-70 Hp when its right. Chopping a plug isnt wasting plugs, fouling them is. Good job on tuning yer crap right.
  20. 41mm pwks on gas probably high 160s to high 170s. I would try some 175s and chop the plugs and see that the smoke ring looks like. If you dont mind buying jets start at maybe 180 and go down.
  21. The big bore inframes are a pretty tight fit right by the lower frame rails. On at least 2 or 3 bikes I know that run them they are a pretty tight fit. If you make mounts you may find the uppee mounts like to be pushed out away from the gas tank area on the frame slightly. If you make mounts double nut your bolts and leave em a little loose. I will say those are very good running pipes somewhat comparable to smallbore out of frames.
  22. If those intakes werent sold already theyd be mine. Gary is a good guy to buy from, bump for a good dude.
  23. Triple buff or single or bead to bead. One season can be a bunch of wear or none at all. With the amount of views you have it would be better to have pictures.
  24. Youll probably have less than $2000 in that topend and many of the superior sleeve 10 mils were in the 80-95hp range.
