The Vitos crank that I ran was complete junk. I ran it, and it seperated. I sent it back to Vitos, they pressed it back together, and trued it once again. I then took it to Jeffs where I witnessed him check the trueness. My squish was spot on. It ended up seperating three times with less than 10 hours on the entire motor. As far as I'm concerened they are junk and I'll never use another one from them again. There customer service was good though!

Can you make +2 versions? Those look nice! What grade of aluminum are they made from and would they work for a trail bike?

4mil Serval motor. Get ahold of FAST racing or M&M and they will set you up. That motor will do exactly what you want it to do.

One thing I like to keep fresh and replaced is the brass idler gear bushing. Its cheap, easy to replace and eventually its going to need it. www.farmandsandtoys.com has every oem part you need.

The pipes have a few dents that need to be pulled out and they need to be rechromed? Anyone know who does this type of work? There used to be a dude on here that rechromed used pipes, but I can't remember who he was?

I wouldn't take run another Vitos crank even if it was donated to me. My 10mil Vitos crank seperated twice with less than 10hrs on it. I sent it back to Vitos once and they rebalanced it and re welded it. Then I took it to FAST and he double checked the trueness and welds. I ran it again and on the first ride it seperated again. As far as I'm concerned, they are junk. Get ahold of Jeff or Andy and get yourself a Hotrods if your going to do a 4mil.

See if you can find a set of original Rockets. The original chrome Rockets have a awesome, durable finish also.

Hmm, depends on how much maintenance you want to dedicate to your transmission. I wouldn't ever have a banshee again without a duneable, and I'm a trail rider. It probably wouldn't be ideal for mx. To those of you that bought that bullet proof override, how are they holding up?
